I am playing a world using the direwolf modpack 1.12
and faced two issues with Biom O plenty wood.
1- thermal dynamics filters don't treat wood created by the BOP mod as wood from the ore dictionary. so my sorting system is ignoring them.
2- I created a basic drawer in the mod "storage drawers" using ebony wood (BOP wood), i get nice black basic drawers. when i try to use that black drawer to make a compacting drawers (which requires a basic drawer), it doesn't accept the basic drawers i have created. i must use basic drawers made out of vanilla wood.
I am not a modding expert, is there an easy solution to fix this. I studied programming 15 years ago, so a few pointers to where to go to mess with the code would help. a step by step solution or a ready-made tool to help me fix that is even better.

thanks.
Sounds like Biomes 'O Plenty isn't using Forge standards for wood (which is surprising). Have you checked the BoP forum?
"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
thanks for the reply.
i will check :).
