is there any other mod like CARTOGRAPH that works for 1.0.0?
This is probably the wrong section to post this in, but I'm not sure. However, there is a mod that is like Cartograph that works for 1.0.0. It's called JourneyMap. In a way, it's exactly like Cartographer, but it works inside your browser of choice, and it is a Real-Time updater. Meaning you can keep it open while playing Minecraft, and you'll be able to see the world you traverse. It also does underground levels, as well as The Nether. Not fully sure about the End, but I think it does it as well.

Hi there, just in case you're interested, JourneyMap 1.0.1 does map the Nether and the End. Those maps are about to get a whole lot better in JourneyMap 1.5.
