I am not understanding exactly what you are asking. Are you trying to make a mod? or are you just trying to use minecraft as an external library? I'm not very familiar with compiling against obfuscated code but restating the question might help others that are.

I'm trying to use it as external library i think, like Bukkit and Hmod.
Make sure the JAR is on the classpath, then just use the classes without importing anything. That'll work for everything but the ones in the com.minecraft... etc classes. Those you'll need to import the proper packages first.
