First off, a bit of information. This is my first released texture pack, though it's the second one I've made so far.
As a long time fan of Harvest Moon, and since I felt that a game like Minecraft really needed that classic SNES touch, I decided a Harvest Moon texture pack was the right direction.
I'd also like to point out that all textures in this pack that are not property of Notch are property of Nintendo. I take no credit for their work, not even for the modifications I've made.
Completed Objects
• Red Flower -> Bell Flower
• Yellow Flower -> Yellow Flower
To-do List
• Tools ( I'll need to use a different Harvest Moon than the SNES version for this. )
• Ores ( I'm not quite sure how to do this part, since Harvest Moon didn't have mining like Minecraft does. )
• Building Blocks
• Miscellaneous Blocks* ( I'm not sure how I'll make these blocks. )
• Custom GUI
• Weapons and Other Items ( Likely will be obtained/modified from Rune Factory. )
*Miscellaneous Blocks contain the following; Mob Spawner, Cactus, Reeds, Music Box, Pumpkin, and Wheat.
Your terrain + Icalasari's toolset = One very awesome texture pack.
Nice job guys, keep up the good work. I LOVE Harvest Moon. :smile.gif:
I actually agree here. I can't test hd terrain and skins as my laptop sucks. However, items are another matter, as is the gui. Those don't need to be seen in game to test, and I am actually fairly good at spriting (except for frikken 16x16 shovels >.>). 32x32 would be pretty simple for me to do, and if I worked with the TC, then we could get both our texture packs out much sooner, giving a choice between regular and HD

Thanks~!
However, yours is HD and mine is normal. So we could link to each other and I'll let you raid my textures as bases for yours
