Looks pretty nice so far and i like the windows instead of all those uneeded lines and etc on them imo so now i can see clearly out them and without any sneaking up on me anyways good job and im looking forward to updates for this texture pack.
Alternate version of cobblestone.
Bookcase just had the books rearranged.
Cloth is identical.
Glass is a shade darker.
Brick is a straight rip.
The planks got a dot added to them, then some variations in color added.
The tree is darker with noise added.
And I realize you said there might be some painterly pack stuff in the background, but you've marked them as "Completed".
The blocks I am showcasing in those specific screens are complete (IE: it says logs, planks, and glass; complete. THAT MEANS THOSE THREE THINGS ARE COMPLETE). Also, I have a disclaimer at the beginning of my post specifically stating that you will find things in the background from Painterly that are placeholders because I am not finished. Each of these blocks I have created from scratch by myself. I am sorry if you think they look too much like Painterly Pack

I checked out the link and compared, and none are identical. You do realize there is only so much that can be done with 16x16, so if you're keeping the blocks as the same item, there's going to be quite a bit of similarities between packs.
I like the pack so far, will enjoy seeing this when it's finished. =)
I've been working on the crafting table, furnace, and treasure chests lately. Tonight I will have them up, and if I get a chance I'll redo the cobblestone and obsidian
Attention All Readers:
I Have just updated the original post. New additions include workbench, furnace, and treasure chest! As well, there are updates to the log, plank, and cobblestone. Take a look!
Sorry Pedo, I have already changed the cobblestone and log... >.<
Hopefully for the better? Personally, I quite enjoy the new cobblestone. As for the log, if the old one was truly much better, then I'll consider going back. As for the gravel, I have yet to find a decent solution
um.....were can I download this? The link in the first post takes me to a picture of the pack but its not default size its like 4x the default size and if I downscale that in photoshop it will lose detail.
I will shamelessly admit that I think mine is pretty fantastic
Eld's pack is also one of my favourites.
I like yours, it looks very cool, except for two very specific things:
1.- the obsidian looks like piled bricks, when its not meant to be like that.
2.- the TNT letters on the TNT box. they are written "TnT" and it looks like a sad face.
Looks great! A bit more consistency between the lit and unlit furnaces, and it should be good. I would also prefer the mossy to look like the cobblestone only with moss (duh) but the bricks would work well too, since mossy cobble doesn't come from lava. Keep up the good work, I really want to use this pack! Oh, and when you get around to skinning the pumpkins, try leaving the precarved face as it is, so the view modifier is consistent. Or you could changes the pumpkinhead view texture, but that could be tricky.
Looks pretty good, and the resemblance to Painterly is uncanny, if I say so myself. It's pretty cool though - might try it out. Still a bit reluctant though; textures are effed up on my computer, and once in every blue moon they work. :sad.gif:

I Have just updated the original post. New additions include an alternate cobblestone, doors, torches, levers, ladders and rails! Cacti and clay also have their debut, opinions wanted! Updates to the furnace and the return of nailed planks!
Sorry I have not been responding lately, I work on the weekends and go to school during the week so I've been a bit busy. I never noticed that face in the TNT texture, I'll change that pronto >.> As for the obsidian, I agree that it needs to be changed I just have not gotten around to it.
To the people wanting a more brick-like cobblestone as opposed to the random craggy cobblestone, it just so happens that my original cobblestone was a bit more architectural. I will provide it as an alternative upon release. Check it out in the original post!

Do however change the gravel.
I have added this to my Texture Pack repertoire, I really like it.

In the final release I'll have the nail-less version as an alternative
Crazycraft II '99 Deluxe : 1.2.5DEPRECATEDProsdod's Pack '77 Arcade Turbo Deluxury 8 Cylinder 1.5 for Minecraft version 1.8.X: The spiritual successor to Crazycraft II '99 Deluxe.
Also I kind of favor the no nails approach to the wood, best bet there is probably include both. xD

Good job!
