It's a rediculously handy program for those of us with the need to upload many files in a timely manner. Awsome thing sure does save me a lot of hell uploading files.
more stackables, more worlds, battle music, 303's modloader and grappling hook seem to be working just fine and i'm using versions i downloaded yesterday so i'm pretty sure the update didn't break any mods
"sigh" I figured as much after looking around, but I. . . . .****
I guess I can add the mods from 303's, Ayutashi's, and Risugami's threads, but I actually just wanted a day off today. Figured no one would mind since there's going to be another update tomorrow. I do actually cellabrate Thanksgiving, crap. . . . .what to do, what to do.
I'll do something, but don't expect me to give too much of a damn untill after tomorrow's update.
I also kindly ask that no one bother posting in here about any mods not being in the list untill after tomorrow's update.
Also with any client update you should ALWAYS save a copy of your /bin and /resources folders so you can restore when an update breaks features you like. You should also have a copy of any mods you install. Really this is basic stuff. BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP. I have a folder with all my jars and all mods i've installed that i use for those client versions. If im totally happy with a version and its list of mods i might delete the oldest backup that im no longer using. Just common sense practice with computer files.
Well, he doesn't like unofficial mods. When he can get an official mod maker for the game up and running, he's perfectly okay with mods.
Also, does 1.2.3_02 break the mods on the first page? If so, I'm not updating.
Though it looks like Notch DOES appreciate mods since he said that he's going to make the game ask you if you wish to update or not. Woot Notch!
Looks like I'll have to reset OSMS again though, oh well. Now that I have DropBox, OSMS has become little more than my online list of mods.
Laterz.
