Making a quick update to 1.11. I fixed the 'Could not create child..' error and realised two splash screens pop up and a sound glitch occurs when you exit. Only download it if the splashes are annoying.
Turns out that the minecraft.jar files were corrupted after I packed them into the installer. I need to update them.
Ill probably have this fixed by tonight, or maybe tomarrow morning.
I downloaded this, but here's the problem: when I tried to use the install button, the computer had no idea what to open it with. how do i/you fix this?

Oshat aren't you that guy that made CompuCraft?
Yeah, it's broken until I can fix it. For now, you can delete the minecraft.jar files in the skin folders and make new ones if you know how.

I'm having that exact same problem running 64 bit Vista. Any help would be great.
Me Too, love the idea, but it won't work. Switching back to default works to get the game working again though.
EDIT: heres the exact error 'Import.bat ' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
