Now supports textures for tilesets up to 256x256. Since your HD Texture is 256x256 you should be able to use this to fix those problematic textures and get back to work as you mentioned!
I really hope to see a finished product of this texture. It's my favorite one I've seen on here, so please keep working on it! I'm rooting for you!

This worked! But wow is it slow. Low single digits FPS slow. Which is unexpected since nick's YouTube video looked like he had fine framerate, and I have a pretty nice comp with a good graphics card. Maybe something in that patcher that doesn't work so well in general or with high res textures packs?
Edit: My normal framerate if I turn off the framerate cap can hit 200.

My Minecraft texture pack makes some simple improvements on the default texture pack. Check it out - large screenshots available!
Curse you for wasting my time and making me switch again i think yours is a creeper though. haha get it creeper like keeper i quack my sellf up mwuwhaha im such a nerd.
Nick, since we have that fix for the glitches on the blocks now, would you kindly continue to work on this pack? It is the best pack i've used by far. Will you ever be doing items.png, cart, boat, mobs, etc.?
I love your texture pack but my game always crashes right after the "Mojang Specificatians" appears after you log on.
This is the message I get:
Minecraft has crashed!
----------------------
...jargon...
Can anyone help me!? I really want to see the texture-pack running... And yes I run on the .exe Minecraft (Full screen)
I have tried installing the texturepack via the... the... hmm... the debugging tool you guys where talking about, on that app it says it could not do a backupp even though I tried to move the backupp saving location several times.
Please HELP ME!!!??? Thank you!
Sounds like you forgot to delete the META-INF folder in the jar file, and/or didn't inject the fixed class file properly.
Been waiting for an update for a long time, nick. It's very impressive. Please continue it.

Also the thing about making it work: I had the same problem as the other poster above with it crashing. Make sure to set the patch to 128 rather than 256x256

I can't get the pack fix to actually work with my stuff. If you guys are having success, what's the secret?
I've tried working on the items.png before but when I adjusted the file size to 4098x4098 everything looked horrible. There was ridiculous artifacting around the item edges. It was a shame, too. The picks looked pretty awesome. :sad.gif:
Boats, Carts = yes
Sheep and such, I don't know. I'd like to but it's hard to get lego looking dudes to look alright with realistic fur / pelts.

Did you try patching it at 128x128 rather than 256x256? That was my issue and it worked afterwards.

The patcher that fixes these glitches also fixes the artifacts from items.png; it says that in the patcher's forum, plus i've been using this, and it fixed the artifacts on flowers and mushrooms.

I just tried playing this while patching at 128x128 and it did not work.
I've uploaded the textures I have finished (momentarily) to see if any of you are able to get this to work with the patcher.
I just used the patcher to install this in a virgin copy of minecraft.jar (default settings except for unchecking animated water and lava) and it runs fine here.
Man... I think I need to delete the bin folder and re-download the entire game to see if the patcher works. I'm still crashing while trying to render @ 128x128 with nothing animated.
I know that it's not my PC so it has to be something else. Could be my world...
Edit: Yep, it's my world. Something in there is crashing the game and I need to figure out what it is.
What is in the game that I don't have included in my pack? I know there were more paintings added, but theoretically those should just be invisible if not present in the kz.png file. Regardless, I think it's time that I added the new ones and fixed the shitty looking snowy dirt.
128x128 isn't what I have created, but at least it's a start.
This texture pack is Far, FAR greater then any of the other packs i have seen on here. This is all i use!! Im not feelin any of the other packs...The HUD and new pick axe are CRAZY!!! Love it!! Keep it up.
It works fine with the patcher at 128x128.
Had one or 2 crashes with the new stuff added but not unplayable. Will keep watching this post!
Hey i got the glitch out of grass :smile.gif: with mcpatcher1.1.5 sadly it has a catch, with the glitch it hardly crashes ever with the glitched fixed it crashes frequently hopefully, this will be resolved hopefully this will help your progress, i really hope you finish this pack, or at least make it not crash... oh and also i might have an old version of your texture pack. Whats your recent link ? thank you

Reading thread, or at least last few pots would have answered this. Look 3 posts up from this one.

The iron pick is gorgeous ingame by the way!
