I wanted to know if there were any tools to help creators in creating mods. Not anything like MCreator, but something which helps modders (or atleast newb modders) in creating minecraft mods. If you guys know any, please do post them.
Adding to what UpcraftLP has said, with enough experience in modding and programming in general, you'll find your own ways to make creating mods easier and more efficient. If you look through different mod's source code, you'll find that every modder (that's been modding for a long time) will have their own ways of doing different things like the registration, world generation and even particles. Just takes some patience and experience

Yeah, there are so-called "tutorials", like these
Haha. But I already am following ShadowFacts' tutorials. I was looking for more "tools" tools that help creating mods not teach creating...
Well, there's your IDE, and you also may use something like a library for your mods so you don't have to re-write basic things for every of your mods
