Hello, I have this problem since the 1.6.4 Version but It wasn't so important to find a way so that it works.



I wan't that a 3D Block renders also in 3D in the Inventory and in the 1st and 3rd person.

I wan't to use Techne models and not the new json model stuff.



I am not sure why it was never working for me I followed tons of tutorials and tried more than 20 different Tutorials to get it to work.

And now with the 1.8 all Textures are mixed up (I know how the new Json texturing works my Items and everything is working)



I would be glad if somebody could help me(Like with a link to a Tutorial for that (for 1.8 of course))
