Hey guys! I have a quick question, how would I be able to edit an existing mob (like a slime) and make it tameable without editing base class files. I somewhat know how to do it by editing base class files (I made it rideable :D, it works quite well actually and its very fun :P), but i would like to do it without editing any base class files whatsoever. Ive heard that you can override the base class? but i am not near as advanced into doing that or dont even know if that a lie or not. Anyways, hopefully someone can help me as ive been at it for 5 hours in total....
EDIT: Edited the title and this description to give the situation more clarity
I think extending to EntityTameable wont affect too many things
So, with that being said. Should I make a new entity class for the vanilla slime and then extend it to EntityTameable? Sorry if I didn't follow along correctly.
Ugggghh.. gonna bump this once more, it seems not many people know about this sort of thing. If no one answers soon i guess ill try at finding it out again :/
