hello I would just like to know hiw to make a mod no body made any vids on how to do it so if you could tell me how to get started and later on give some tips thanks.
Google is your best friend. If you can't find anything, I have to say you haven't looked very hard. There are hundreds on youtube, and many on these forums. Some good ones are Jbond's tutorials and Techguys. They don't have videos, but a search on youtube could help you.

Help me! The evil is taking me away,
its pulling me into the darkness.
Please help me, if I go in there
I will never come back, the world
is slowly drifting away. All I can
see is the pain and sorrow in my
eyes. My tears are drying up. I'm
already gone....

Try modding for dummies on youtube, its really good! To learn modding that is!
If you have no idea how to code like me, I would highly recommend this:
-Download MCP(Minecraft coder pack)
-Search for a tutorial on how to set it up
-Download eclipse(A modding program)
-You can then look through all of the minecraft files and see how Mojang made block/items/mobs and everything. You may not understand the actual code yet, but you can see how they made things.
-Start by copping a very simple block like dirt, and make your own version. If you have any errors, look up tutorials on basic modding or just ask online.
-After a while you may start to understand the code a little more. You should try copying sections of code from one block and mix it with another, or try changing some of the numbers in the code to make a unique block.
Yes but you don't need to know everything to mod Minecraft, and that said, I kind of consider Minecraft as a thing you learn too, as many, many things can cause errors that are unique to the game. And if you use Forge, you need to learn so much to make an awesome mod.
