Just wondering, where do I put my mod file with all my custom sprites and stuff...

After you recompile, you should be able to drop everything (including new images) into the minecraft.jar, UNLESS when you specified where they go, you used a subfolder (i.e mypics/myimage.png instead of myimage.png), then they'd go into the minecraft.jar subfolder.

Depends if you are using MCP or not. If you are, then all your custom textures need to go in MCP>bin>minecraft.
