I've been using mods and messing around with them for ~4 years (Ever since 1.2.5) and have a somewhat knowledge of bugs, glitches, rendering errors, and how to fix them. I know my way around most major mods that exist. Would it be possible to get a beta version so I can collaborate with you?
You wrote somewhere you had the intention to add quest.
Will those quests help thje player to roam through every mod?
Like a manual or something? Cause some mods like thaumcraft can be a tad difficult to understand how to play if you're new.
And how do you intend to use "recurrent complex" mod? Will it jsut add structures or will they be structure with some i dunno rpg-like additions? I dunno maybe mobs, or quests or smth like a hidden boss?
The beta has been closed, however you can still win an updated beta in the latest contest. Quests will work as a guide to most if not all of the mods in the pack in the order they should be played. Recurrent Complex will only add structures with mobs from other mods, I will also use it to relocate one boss to a different dimension.

Use Journey Map, its much better imo. And Metallurgy 4 is a great mod with extra ores to make it more fun (Metallurgy 5 coming out soon). Mekanism is also really fun. Industrial Craft would be fun to have if you don't care about having mods like it in the game.

With the huge spawn rates of AoA thier are way to many infernal mobs around, making the game to difficult
It is to similar to Blodd Magic to work and Blood Magic is considerably better.
I wanted you to be able to play a RTG world on every world. If you add Biomes O Plenty in a world you can't use RTG in that world.
This mod is just ridiculous, I really don't like it.

a mod from gotolink (levelup) is really cool, one of my favorite (even if it doesn't add really much), it adds sense of completion to leveling. Thanks to taht mods you can increase some of your skill:
Then there is colourufl portal which let the players add portal leading wherever he wants (even through dimension), but it's a tad cheaty, i'll let you judge:
If we let all the other mob types roam the overworld, players will just find danger from around every corner, the same case goes for when you try to sleep and a phantom spawns or when you go mining and you stay in the dark for too long. It generally makes gameplay too hard with all the other mods that we have installed along with it. So how is it a "Strange solution"?
first if you install 2 big mobpacks on 1 minecraft you must edit global and area caps/ weitghts and other parametrs
look at JAS cfg and mod cfgs
then - if y decide that lycanite mobs spawn scripts ( like a from crops ) too much hard so all another thousands Lycanite fans think vise versa (y can disable each mob separately in cfg of course)
this is subjectivism
so good luck with learning pack creation,
i like such rpg-style packs

I'm using Jurassicraft and I feel that is a better alternative.
Many of these things are overpowered so it will not be added.

We already have a portal making mod, LanteaCaft. It is way more balanced than the ones you suggested, as each portal takes a TON of materials.
