Instructions:

Install Minecraft Forge

Install Lucky Block Mod 1.6.4

Replace LuckyBlockProperties file in config/lucky

Install WinRar or turn mod file into a .zip and replace blockLucky texture file in assets/lucky/textures/blocks

After doing everything, open Minecraft, load a world, and enjoy the mod.
