they are going to add more mobs like they have already said but bug fixing is a smart thing to do in the mean time. till than I find in best just to wait and ask what they think of adding a type of mob in future updates aka deer, bear, and boar
I really really want this mod but whenever I try to download any mod for 1.10.2 it crashes, I don't know the cause of it or how to fix it, if anybody can help thank you very much!
Hey, Razz and I made a video Spotlight! This is the first in a series, where we'll get more into the details around the game. It's my first video, so go easy!
I had a idea for a item when I heard of wild cows and such
Lassos/rope. It can capture certain animals, or to rope unruly animals. if you have fence posts you can attached the rope to it like vanilla MC,however many ropes can be attached to a animal at a time depending on how much you wanna restrict their movement.
For example
1 rope gives the animal more bodily movement While 3-4 can fully restrain them stop them from moving at all (works well for angry Bulls)
Also I know that their hard to code, but when you make the horses, can you have it that automatically riding them doesn't make them tame like normal MC and that taming takes time and could a animation be something like this
Bucking: Used by horses and cattle and general animals if player is on their back
Special: Cattle will only buck a player if a Saddle is Placed on their back. if saddle is not placed the animal won't buck instead will charge
Special: Horses will only Buck if left untamed and they have a saddle/player placed on their back once tamed a horse will not buck a human but will buck a predator (if they plan on being added that is)
sorry I was thinking of rodeos when I thought about the roping (roping steers) and bucking (bucking broncos)
Maybe wolves can travel in packs and predators can even be befriended (would take some time) kind of like dogs,perhaps by bringing meat to their dens or something. They would probably hunt for you and guard your things.

Hey, seeing as you liked my tweet on marble foxes earlier, I thought I'd make a few additional small suggestions on here! Since Twitter is very restrictive on typing, haha.
-You said you want to implement simple genetics-- which is a really interesting point, since marble foxes are actually a mutation that results from breeding captive red foxes! Not sure exactly how it works, but it must be similar to the differences in wolves and domestic dogs lol. Perhaps there could be a domestication system at some point-- wild animals would spawn with certain traits, and breeding them has a chance of new traits appearing, etc. I'm not sure how "simple" that is, but it'd be cool! For example, you said you wanted to add working dogs-- you could have standard wolves have, say, normal ears, but if you breed them enough you might start seeing floppy ears or different coloring, etc. Just a thought-- I'm very curious to see how you'd implement genetics btw, not many mods do that and it's something that's always interested me!

So what is pnned for Falconry? having falcons fight for you? you fight a tough boss, while they whittle away at them and distract them? a swarm of Falcons keeping an army busy?

Yeah, the plan is that falcons will be trainabe,and will fight for you. Still working out details, but I like your thinking!
Hey,how do you think about the idea,to add rats which can stole food from chest or from the animals.To defeat them you could use cats and dogs(if you have time you could overwork there vanilla model and there behavioural pattern because in the moment they are really lame)

If you guys are adding peregrine falcons will they be very fast? and if you guys are adding Gyr falcons (They are falcons that live in the arctic) will they be the strongest?

I have a couple of suggestions and ideas... here goes-
When you make packhorses, will they be able to sleep lying down and standing up?
Will there be predators like foxes and wolves/ if so, will they be tameable as well (as in, will you improve the vanilla dog and wolf models, but if you tame the wolf with meat instead of a bone, it's texture doesn't change, even though it is tamed to you)
Will you change the sitting animation for dogs? I mean, there are many stages between standing and sitting.
Finally, will you please please PLEASE add the Australorp to the mod's chicken section? They are mainly black, but their feathers reflect colours, and some of them turn green to blue in the sun. Oh, and the chicks are the most adorable! They are black-fluffed on their backs, and have a creamy-yellow underbelly. Australorps lay one egg around every day, but are sometimes known to lay eggs elsewhere, e.g. under trees, in grass, basically anywhere they deem comfortable. Australorp eggs are about the same colour as the new egg you guys add in with you mod, except that sometimes they have darker speckles.

Try using the Curse launcher. It's much easier to install and manage mods using it!

Cheetah, Savannah/Plains
Leopard, Forests/Jungle
Tiger, Roofed Forests/ Jungle
Wolves (DEFINITELY WOLVES), Plains, Forests, Roofed Forests.
