Having two versions of CubicCore at once will crash, so just use 1.0.3, which should work with both mods.

This crash report is from a bug in minecraft, not CubicCore or NeighborCraft.. You can see a very similar error -here-
Although the mods and the crash description are different, they both come from a fatal flaw in minecraft itself.. There is also a solution in that thread, apparently minecraft has problems with render distances greater than 16..

It seems FML found something that isn't a mod in your mod folder, which is strange, and the report doesn't point out any mods as the cause. For now, it's a mystery.
