We have a player who wants to build a village underground, but keeps receiving the "you do not have permission to do this here" error, or something similar. From what I could see in the code for validating building placement, it doesn't look like there should be any issues building underground, and that the permission issue is someone tied to the fact that the mod doesn't think he is allowed to actually place buildings at all. Is there any sort of permissions system in the mod we need to use to allow players who are not admins to place buildings, or should everyone automatically have access?
I think it's actually just giving the wrong error message. You should try to get them to try to build their village further away. They have to be a certain distance away from each other to be valid.
I have this same problem 75% of the time too and I play with minimal required computer. The fog is very annoying too. Maybe lengthen how long it takes to blind you? I can never get anything done and time is short already
My and my friend are trying to make our own towns but it keeps saying he cant build because it's too close to my town...
Is there anyway to change the config to let him build his town closer? or at least tell me how many blocks away he needs to build...
He's tried building quite far away but it still fails and we dont want our towns too far apart... plz help...

Unfortunately the only way to do anything in 0.5 would be to edit the nbt data for the towns directly. I have added a destroy building, so you can replace in 0.6 though.
For some reason, whenever I get my tools repaired at the Blacksmith, the next day when I get them back, they appear in my inventory, but when I try to use it, it just disappears. Help? I'm playing on a server btw. I'm guessing it has to do with keepInventory being on.

Edit: Ok, i just right-clicked with the knife a lot and it finally cooked. Also, if you have more than one raw then you only get one cooked and I guess the others are deleted.

So the thing is, if you put more than one turnip / cucumber down it will actually combine them in a way that when you make it with just one turnip, they won't stack. I assume this is because you optionally used more ingredients to make it heal more stamina? That's sort of what I've gotten from the mechanic so far. If I make Happy Eggplant for example with Sugar in the frying pan, it heals me more but also does not stack with the normal ones. SO I guess its a pseudo quality thing.

Awesome. I'm really looking forward to the changes! I've been looking for something more Harvest Moon for growing crops and whatnot for a long time. I had tried Pams but I didnt want to just punch bushes for turnip seeds haha. So thanks a lot for the work and effort.
I can't see any ghost image when I am holding a blueprint.
After I confirmed to build,the game will crash every times if I talk to Yulif.
These problems happen on mod version 0.5.4 to newest but the version 0.5.3 is normal.
