Hello Ollie, I have a problem with the "flux". I cannot obtain it in either of my furnaces (vanilla, alloy smelter), You mention in a comment within the inventory that it is obtainable by "burning redstone", but how? currently using Flux-Networks-1.9.4-1.0.3, SonarCore-1.9.4-3.1.2.
Thanks in advance for your help and for your great mods!
Never mind Ollie, I´ve found your trick to create this "flux" : tossing the redstone to a fire (like the created with netherrack)... very imaginative! (it took me more than 30 try/error tries to figure it out!)
I'm really confused here! I am unable to get the mod to work with either immersive engineering nor enderio! It's kinda pointless and useless if I am not able to transfer energy back and forth between mods! Is there a work around or a known bug? I'm using MC 1.10! Please help! Posted on GitHub!
Quick questions, as I haven't found any info about this:
Does Flux Networks also add cables, or is it just the flux points, plugs and storage? Also, I note it needs SonarCore - the mod itself is only 200 KB-ish (manageable for me and my potato computer!) but SonarCore is over 1 MB! Does the core mod add the mechanics behind the whole thing that allow it to work?
Cheers,
- GwnG
It doesn't add Cables at the moment, but may do in the future. Sonar Core is the mod I use to build all my mods from. It has all of the mechanics, the Flux Networks mod is basically just the blocks themselves, Sonar Core makes them work.
This is probably my favorite power transfer mod of all time! Would love to see an update to 1.12 so I can add to my pack. Appreciate all the hard work!
The settings on the front page of the Controller do not seem to stay after they are set. They just turn back to default every time the interface is closed. Can't set transmitter mode / send mode / etc. fluxnetworks-1.12.2-3.0.2, sonarcore-1.12.2-5.0.2, Forge 14.23.1.2600
