@Daron122 Are you shure you are using it correctly ? some researches need more thn just time. Or can you describe what happens or make a short demonstration. Is it reproduceable ? Does it happen it multy or single player
Occasionally the research bar doesn't work, even with quick research.
If you try a x number of times(3 usually), it stars working again

I actually thought I might suggest some ideas.
To begin with, I noticed your mod has computers, I was wondering if you will add Quantum Computers, as they offer a variety of cool possibilities like:
Worm-Hole travel
Cloning
Time-Travel
Universe-Control
Quantum-Entanglement
Wireless Energy
Wireless Lighting
Wireless Redstone?
Which brings me to my next idea, a Energy-Satellite that orbits around the Sun and collects Energy to transfer via Quantum-Entanglement. You can create a satellite table and constantly upgrade them, and then send them to space.
Also with the Magnets, how about Artificial Gravity when the Space-Dimension is added in?
Lastly, a block Grinder.

Great ideas, but I have some gripes :-): The research process is cumbersome, you can´t tell which of the buttons is active at any given time, may I suggest a "reset" button (to untick all the buttons and let the user start over), the TCT recipes is broken (see image). It is not clear the progression about the research as a whole, maybe due to more than the 50% still in German, IMHO not intuitive...What is the use of the pendrives?
Most of your items does not stack (mainly the circuits), so I clutter my inventory pretty soon...
The quantities in the researcher are not clear (the green color most of the time is unreadable, may I suggest a solid background for this numbers? (see image , it´s 3 or 8 or 13..uh?)
How do you actually "move" items with your pipes? (with BC you´ve engines, with enderio the conduit has its own mechanism inside, with thermal expansion you use servos...)
I read somewhere that you are not comfortable with NEI API, but if you want your mod to be more succesful I encourage you to add some kind of process to speed up the crafting. May I suggest some kind of integration with Storage Drawers (you can see the Storage Network Mod from MrRiegel as reference), but this is a biased suggestion! I'm a big fan of Jquadro's work ;-)
Isn't easier for everyone (developers and users) to allow this Mod to use the vanilla crafting table (and all of its variations from other mods)? why to reinvent the wheel? (you already part ways with the well established RF standard), by the way, any form to convert RF to NE?
I beg you to take this comments as an attempt to give you feedback from an interested and well intentioned user. Your mod has great potential (more now that WarpDrive seems stuck in 1.7.10!)

Yeah speed upgrades are planned for the reserach. A reset button is a nice idea, I neved overlooked a ticked button, but reset buttons are always good ^^. The Recipes are not "broken" they are disabled, the Block with hole is our WIP item. The Pendrives or Flash-Drives are to store your SP (Support Points) you use in T2 reserach.
The Items stack, if they have the same power,ram,core values. This is somewthing I can realy edit because this is Minecraft logic :/
The green was the best I made, but i will try to improve it. (And it is clearly 2 but yeah I will try something different)
You have still the Hopper from vanilla. And everything else(=pipes from other mods) can also put things into it. The pusher can transver complete stacks as well (but needs a redstone signal).
As NEI is dead and the JEI APi looks nicer I will try to integrade it. And i personaly like JABBA more
If i could I have used the vanilly crafting table but it dont work. But the vanilla crafting table dont say me who is crafting, so the reserach system whould be meaningless. We have our own energy because 1st RF was at this time a part of buildcraft and 2nd they need soooo long to updte to 1.8 we were not shure to even remove RF support completly. To convert RF to NE is a nice idea.

We have new versions! Update for 1.8.9, but also for 1.9.4 and 1.10.2! get them on curse.
