Nobody will stop you from that, but I would be really happy if you don't upload my mod somewhere else. I'm perfectly fine if you add a modified version to your modpack (or something similar). If there is anything you want to change you can also consider to make a pull request or ask for a feature to be implemented.
Sure. I'd never re-upload something like that to curseforge or whatever; mostly I use a clause like that to ensure that if I ever need to tailor something for my modpack specifically, I can. Then I only redistribute the mod in relation to that specific modpack, with full credit to the original author, of course.
Speaking of which, I think people who permissively license your code so packmakers can do that sort of stuff are heroes, BTW. Thanks!

Hi, I am really excited to try this mod but I can't figure out how to use the frame in the game. I've tried /give [player] opframe:opframe, but that didn't work. And I don't see it as an available item in the JustEnoughItems menu. I feel like I'm missing something obvious. How do I get the frame?

If you are in creative you can find the frame in the decoration tab (at the bottom). There is also a recipe to craft and it should be visible in JEI, just try to search for frame.
Ok, so I am using CreativeCore_v1.9.62_mc1.12.2 and OnlinePicFrame_v1.4.26_mc1.12.2, they both show up in mod settings, but the frame doesn't show up in the decoration tab in creative, nor does JEI it find it by searching frame (it finds the vanilla frame). I'm running MC 1.12.2 with Forge-14.23.5.2838. Not sure if I've got the wrong version of something or what. Any ideas?

That is very weird. Are you sure the mod is installed (the frame is at the bottom of the decoration tab).
how do I use the crafting recipe for the LittlePictureFrames mod? I tried viewing the recipe via JEI and even inputting the crafting recipe zip into the mods folder and still no luck. Any ideas? (I may js be being dumb here 😭)
So we are allowed to freely modify it and distribute the modified copies?

Cool. Thanks for the clarification.

Good to hear that

I just got this mod on my server but I can't use it because "the URL whitelist is not enabled" any clues as to why?
nvm I got it, I was saving link address, turns out I have to save image address lol
I can't insert the link because he writes to me that: URL Whitelist noot enabled. PLS help!!
How you fix this problem?
Just ignore it.
