This mod has interested me for a while now. Unfortunately, I only play on modpacks that use specialized launchers, such as the Technic Launcher, and all of the install tutorials involve the vanilla Minecraft launcher. I was wondering if there is a way to add this mod to a modpack and if so, how? Thanks for the help.

Extract liteloader (by running it and clicking the "Extract option") to the mods folder of your specific modpack, then put this mod into the mods folder of your specific modpack.
Too bad, that almost every Minecraft server bans you from using WorldDownloader. I would love to download the buiéds that i made on multiplayer, yet i cant.

Contact the server administrator first and see if they're able to change their policy (as said policies are abusive to players, and good server admins will understand). If they're unwilling, please send me a private message and I can help you as a special case.
Hello, with the version 4.0.2.0, I can't download command block. After I downloaded the map, there is nothing in the command block. Please help me and thanks you.
You must open the command block for its contents to be saved; additionally, there currently isn't any message for it (the command block implementation is rather weird). Did you open it?
Also, a note about 1.13: I'm working on it, but I still don't have much of an ETA. I'm also working on a lot of the general toolchain stuff (fernflower /forgeflower things in particular) that applies to general parts of the mod development ecosystem, which is currently a slightly higher priority than this (though priority isn't the best way to put it, since I'm working on a lot of things concurrently).
I just lost my minecraft account (I can't get it back) which has a 1.13 realm on it and that realm expires in 20 days. I have another account which I can log into the realm and I was really hoping somehow I could save all the data and builds on my realm which I have worked on. I would be really glad if we get a 1.13 world downloader before my realm expires, it would mean the world to me and other friends who use the realm. Anyway, thank's for creating this world downloader mod in the first place Pokechu22, I'll be waiting for this 1.13 world downloader to come out. I really hope your ETA is soon, thanks.
I should probably have everything done before 20 days. I'd still recommend contacting mojang's customer support and asking them to transfer the realm to your other account (and maybe also recover your first account, depending on how you lost it) as a contingency; they're currently processing requests from August 4 so that's a 15 day backlog; if you contact them now they should hopefully get back to you before then.
I've released version 4.0.3.0, which adds support for 1.13 and additionally support for 1.13.1 via a protocol implementation running on 1.13.
Notable changes:
Improved memory usage for unloaded chunks (by @jascotty2, #77)
I've worked around some issues with certain versions of optifine that caused the world to not render (#79); however, note that the issues were only present in some early optifine development builds and no longer apply to current versions.
A square bounding box is now used for entity tracking, instead of a circular one (#78), which should fix some entity tracking issues. Note that entity tracking still does have some unresolved issues.
Reworked the internals of WDL's settings. Settings should continue working as-is for users.
Reworked a lot of the GUI code for cross-version support.
There are a lot of internal changes in this update for 1.13 compatibility, and I haven't completely tested everything. This is a very experimental build. If anything breaks, please create an issue or comment on the forum thread.
Regarding 1.13.1: the build for 1.13.1 implements the 1.13.1 protocol in 1.13, rather than being directly installed in 1.13.1. It will not run if installed in the wrong version (like any other one); make sure to use 1.13.0 for it. This version a temporary measure, while tooling is being worked on; it is likely to be unstable.
Regarding compiling: due to how unstable the toolchain is, it's currently not possible to compile the mod yourself for 1.13 or 1.13.1 (and I haven't included the buildscript for these versions since it simply would cause errors when trying to build the other versions). I'm working on this, but it's just not ready yet. The code is still present for reference, though.
NOTE: If you need to access realms in the 1.13.1-1.13 version (I'm speaking to you, xRyann_), in addition to the normal installation instructions also will need to change the version JSON to use the latest realms library instead of realms 1.13.4. I have confirmed that this change is necessary (and sufficient) to at least open the realms screen, but haven't done any further testing. If you need more help, please let me know.
Sorry for the noob question, but how do we run the 1.13.1 version?
It's installed on 1.13.0 right now; you install it on 1.13.0 and then connect to 1.13.1 servers (which normally isn't possible, but I added some stuff to allow connecting since the tools to make mods for 1.13.1 itself aren't ready yet). For actual installation steps, check the installation instructions in the main post.
And, yeah, this is a rather silly process and not something that I've done before (except for with 1.9.2 ages ago and that was well after later versions released so few would have needed to do it). Hopefully I'll be able to make a proper 1.13.1 version soon, since the current method is really not ideal.
When using the 1.13 instance in MultiMC, I still get the message outdated client.
Make sure to install the 1.13.1 version, but onto 1.13. (If you install the 1.13 version and not the 1.13.1 version it won't let you connect). Also, make sure the mod is installed; you should be able to do this by going into a single-player world and checking the pause menu. If nothing new appears, then it wasn't installed correctly.
How do I install the 1.13.1 onto the 1.13 version? I've never done this type of thing before.
In multimc, start with a profile for 1.13. Then, select add jar mod. Then, grab the 1.13.1 WDL base edit zip, and select that. That should be all you need to do; it's basically the same as normal other than being slightly weird with the version number.
That's the right file; however, don't use "install mods" but instead use "add jar mod" (it may prompt you to confirm that that is the right choice; it is for the base edit versions of WDL).
Nice, It works! Thanks so much. Although i get the message "Some files have invalid hashes"
Oops, ignore those for now. I made a mistake with the update checker, and it's causing that. Fortunately I can fix it without releasing a new version. (I should have caught that in testing, but apparently I somehow missed it).

I followed those directions.
I go to Add Instance > 1.13 > Edit Instance > Install Mods > (Then I select the 1.13 WDL Zip) > Close > Launch

It doesn't say add jar mod anywhere. I attached a screenshot.

Ah, I guess they changed it; I actually haven't used multimc in a whlie. You want "Add to minecraft.jar" instead.
