Does it cause a crash with message like: "proceded 32K limit?" In that case reducing the "entries per packet" in the main configuration will solve your problem. Otherwise, please post a crashLog (if there is any) or describe a bit more in detail what is happening.
it doesn't crash i just don't have the place to add the recipe at the end of the other recipes anymore. (look at the image)
And i don't see the option for "entries per packet" in this mod, you're talking about the Crafting Manager mod.

Can you add a little arrow in the crafting table GUI to swap items if there are crafting recipes that use the same recipe but make different items ? I think you had something like this before if I am not mistaking .

ok, well let me explain. i tried making a diamond sword with it and nothing happened when i clicked craft.
It's a new system. It doesn't have the same recipes as the vanilla workbench, but you can add your own ones.

thank you for that video. i didn't know about the 200 part. does the recipe have to be in an angle? i ask because im doing one vertically with the 200 in the box but when i click craft nothing happens. also, how do you know what to put in the black box?

I second that... I wish that mod makers that added crafting systems added backdoors for stuff like this. unless maybe you could try to replicate some of mekinism machines? I think alot of us just like processes that take a while to compleet and hopper/pipe support.

I would be able to test this mod better if it was either on curse or curse's third-party mod list, i would like to test this with Project Ozone.

Found another problem
When i disable a lot of recipes, and after i try to disable more it just deletes the disabled recipes and it only leaves 9 of them.
