First thing i did was looking at ids. I even changed ids from warpdrive to some random numbers like 45,46 for space and hyperspace and it still didn't work therefore it should be the other problem a disconnect that you mentioned. Could you please elaborate on that?
I had a similar issue when moving files from SP to server. Did you do that? Or is this a completely fresh start? I started a SP game and moved it to a server and had issues with space not showing up at all but i still experienced collision with blocks. What I did is loaded the game in SP and then moved the files to the server. Then I renamed the WarpDriveSpace-2 to DIM-2 and WarpDriveHyperSpace-3 to DIM-3. I couldn't just copy all the files into the newly server created DIM-2/DIM-3 folders I had to rename the existing folders. It doesn't make sense but there you have it.
what mod do I need to play this, I played this with only this mod ( and NEI) and I noticed I am missing some block. Can you tell me what mod I needed?
What blocks are missing for you?
IC2 reactor laser requires IC2 to be present as the name implies.

How do I connect Subspace to the core, no matter what color the side of the subspace is, it doesn't connect to the core.
Image:
You need at least CoFH core or IC2 to enable energy transfers.
The former is required for RF in any mod using that energy.

Ok so about traveling across dimensions the config for it is this "
# planets
#--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------#
# Planets are other dimensions connected through the Space dimension. Default is overworld with 100k radius.
# Each planet orbit is square shaped and defined as a list of 7 integers (all measured in blocks).
##########################################################################################################
planets {
# dimensionId, dimensionCenterX, dimensionCenterZ, radiusX, radiusZ, spaceCenterX, spaceCenterZ
I:overworld <
0
0
0
100000
100000
0

>
}" So with that what do you change the zeroes to and what do they hold a place for?
and also i cant find the dimension IDs for the mods i have where would i find them?

This doesn't help much. For one it is only VANILLA dimensions that i can even see and even then its two dimensions that are shown. So do I do it with modded dimensions? Along with the details of other modded dimensions.

there are three ways to find dimension IDs.
1. go into the save folder and look, some mods will not name their dimension folders or have the dimension ID in the name
2. go into the config files for the mods that add dimensions, most will have the ability to adjust the dimension ID to prevent conflicts
3. some in game method
btw, there are 3 vanilla dimensions, though you don't want to attempt to go to the nether in a ship.
For those who missed it, the next version of WarpDrive is adding star systems and galaxy support. This includes a completely new configuration format for planets, using XML files.

For now, it's on 1.7.10 as we're still missing an artist for 1.10.2.

ok so i never did get an answer. Is there a youtube video explaining how to make it so you can travel across dimensions through space or not. If not then i have a suggestion. Why not make it so when your in hyperspace there is an option in your controls for the ship called Dimensional Travel. With that it has a list of the modded and vanilla dimensions (and it says nether is not recommended) and each dimension has there own key. Like 0 for earth 1 for end 2 for nether and so on. This would make things SOOOO much easier for players.

You can already travel through space to reach other dimensions provided by vanilla or mods. It's the core of the mod, so I don't really get your point here

No you need to provide the coordinates to reach another dim through the config file. The mod doesnt auto-detect what mods you have installed that include dimensions.

You're making a space ship out of bricks?...
1| if (signature = true) {
2| document.write("Wassup?");
3| }
4| else {
5| document.write("404: signature not found");
6| }
it was only for the experiment, I will make it out of something better later.
