so ik I'm posting a lot but i post these things as i see them
anyways is there a reason whenever i go into a divineRPG dimension doMobSpawning gets set to false? also even when i set it back to true NOTHING spawns in them i even built a big dark room in eden put some chicken chunk loaders in flew around for awhile and when i came back absolutley nothing had spawned although spawners still work, icekiea workshop npcs still spawn in their houses and atleast some of the dungeon dimension mobs are spawning although i can't tell if they are spawner-mobs or not as i got dead, overworld, nether and end mobs from all mods still spawn and going into the nether/ the end doesn't set mob spawning to false

Oh yeah, there was going to be this mob in 1.4.1 (apparently) called the Void Snake which dropped bedrock. Did you guys decide to leave that out or has it simply been delayed?
I have an idea for the bosses! You could add a potion effect called anti-flight which disables any type of flight eg: angelic armour, morph mod,flight ring (from baublelicious) etc. This could stop players cheating when fighting the bosses and the potion effect only goes away once the boss is dead. Keep up the good work on the new update!

You actually gave me some interesting ideas for new boss abilities with this...
On a related note, angelic armor will no longer allow flight after the update, but will still be very much worth getting.
In creative mode, it can be fun to mess around with mobs... but yeah Divine RPG, Advent of Ascension, Lycanite Mobs... plenty of other mods knock Orespawn out the window

I agree, honestly, advent of ascension does better in modpacks compared to orespawn. Crazycraft attempted to be based around orespawn, but the orespawn gear made the other mods useless. While FTB departed, based around advent of ascension, is more balanced since there is alot of armors, they have TIC support, meaning that there are weapons better than the AOA ones, and items from other mods are still useful.
DivineRPG does have modpack potential too, if it had TIC support and replaced advent of ascension in FTB departed, it'd be much more balanced since the best armor is tied with terrasteel. Iron and diamond armor is nerfed, meaning manasteel, thaumium, and elementium armor would be useful.
Forgot to mention, thundercaller, starcaller, and terra blade can get around 24 damage when paired with halite armor, making them useful again. Also, no more annoying "HRMRMMM, HRMMMMMMm" when you're waiting for botania flowers to generate mana.
Someone needs to make an alternate FTB departed modpack using divineRPG instead of AoA someday, it'll be a good idea.
Let's not forget that Orespawn is one of those mods that parents come to the forums because their 5 year old kid wants Orespawn or Lucky Block. Do you see threads like that for Twilight Forest, Mystcraft, or Advent of Ascension? Do you?!!
No offense to the parents and 5 year old kids, I'm just pointing out a fact about Orespawn. We were all 5-year olds once anyways...
That's pretty true too, but the only thing is that DRPG and AoA are a bit unbalanced when sided on the same modpack, divineRPG would be mainly used to get EXP and only halite and angelic armors since most of the AOA items can overpower them when compared. But all except the divineRPG bows since they're superior to the AOA ones on some levels.
I used to ask my parents to install minecraft mods until I learned to do so on my own, it was quite obvious by then. Quite embarrassed to state that on the forums..
I almost pulled off an experiment where I invite a few 11 year olds to a modpack with AOA in it, therefore, FTB departed onto a server with it installed. Sadly, they didn't reply to the message I sent them.
It's almost bad that the only mods that kids like are the ones on youtube, they don't want balanced or quality modpacks. Just mods with overpowered gear and are milked on youtube.

i love divine rpg for 1.6.4 except it sometimes crashes but so worth it

And also OreSpawn and Lycanite Mobs have not models that are very Minecraft-like.
