I can see this idea going well.
ive always though of the boss being like a giant bone worm, but ive also thought of a skeleton army type boss that you have to survive until one of them drops the skeleton key along any other skeleton loot you might want and open the exit. you can keep the skeleton key if you want to to farm the montane dungeon by opening the key locks on the door with the skeleton key

I like the skeletal worm idea better. Because the skeleton army sounds like the Skeletal Army from AoA. The worm should be summoned by using a grubbed bone on a worm gravestone in the end of the dungeon.

baited bone on a cursed coffin? also, those kind of bosses are not the easiest things to program. also, in the dungeon, there should be a teleportation lich-skeleton that drops a sword that rapidly steals health, and the more consecutive hits u land the faster you gain health (nod to the pun-isher from the pun mod)

And the boss can be named the Bone Reaper Leviathan, and it attacks like the destroyer from Terraria, but it's head is its only weakspot, and you get the drops off the head, but the body keeps attacking you, and you have to escape before it kills you. It could a special model sword that does extra damage to the undead.
Eonix, is this a server? Did the entire server crash, or were you just kicked off in the client? If the latter is true, I think you have to let the server process the dimension for a few minutes at least.

You have a duplicate Enchantment ID of 71, change it in the config. For future reference, the problem is usually in the first few lines of the log and can be easily fixable.
Also, don't post full crash reports straight in a reply. Go to pastebin and make a paste, or learn how to create a spoiler. Nobody likes scrolling through 100 lines of code.

It's not a server, it's singleplayer. I let it process, but after 20 seconds it just crashes to desktop. I'll try once more.
Oh, and just to let you know, another odd crash was happening before that one, which I solved turning off Flat Betrock in the cofh config.

You can see on line 11 that it mentions "cofh.core.world.WorldHandler.replaceBedrock" which immediately struck me as the flat bedrock setting.

You have a duplicate Enchantment ID of 71, change it in the config. For future reference, the problem is usually in the first few lines of the log and can be easily fixable.
Also, don't post full crash reports straight in a reply. Go to pastebin and make a paste, or learn how to create a spoiler. Nobody likes scrolling through 100 lines of code.

Sorry, I was on a trip, so I couldn't respond. The only mod related problem seems to be this, otherwise, I'm not sure what is making it crash:
