Yes if you blacklist every dimension they won't spawn in any. Bu there is a quicker option that disables all ore spawns.

passive abilities are on all the time and ussaly increase stats. Active abilities are the ones like the teleporter, shield or Cloak. They can be activated or disabled and are shown on the ability wheel. I chose the ability wheel so that many abilities can use one key and not have specific keys all over the place.

The pills are just a temporary solution. And can only be very rarely, found in stronghold chests. The only other way they can be gotten is trough creative. I just added them as a quick alternative to the whole Mad Scientist quest thing. Eventually I will and another quest to get rid of the android.

I tried this as I'm using the same pack. The energy node doesn't seem to be getting power from the reactor. But at least the node isn't being sucked away when all 6 stabilizers are in use. The reactor controller is fully powered, and I've connected the node to all 3 possible sides.

Feel free to give suggestions of mods that promote an experience which minimizes mining grind in favor of exploration. I'll likely have to include Grimorie of Gaia to provide good models (No I'm not gonna directly change the default mob models)

I'm unable to get the high jump ability using the Android Station. I have 37 levels of XP and have a piston in my inventory. I also have the limb overclocking ability already (x2 actually). Not a bug. Mod dev said that's what you gotta do to make it work. Maybe on day that'll be modified, but for now it'll have to do.
