I don't think reading suggestions really affects his progression on the mod. And since Necromancy probably won't exist, I need my Druid dose to get over it lol. If aquamancy becomes a thing, I'll probably just slay the mob and store the item inmy artifact room. I don't really like elemental magic even tho they're cool.
I like your idea, but I'm pretty sure Mowzie has a nature magic thing planned.
Maybe you could find the Eye in a stronghold, or maybe a new structure.
Yeah, he has an item planned that let's you summon ents. I think that item can go hand to hand with my idea. Also the Dryad flute seems nature themed, but that's a reward for defeating the Phoben.
Hmm..maybe a new structure could work. I was thinking about an obelisk and the eye appears on it's highest point. Maybe guarded by a mob?
Because the book explodes violently on death. also, early/easy enchanted books are not exactly a good thing. AFK fishing is hated for a reason.
Why are enchanted books not a good thing in early game? Maybe not-balanced, but it's not a bad thing. I have never heard anyone say they hate AFK fishing. Maybe I haven't come across anyone, but I'm sure some people don't like it for whatever reason. If you want to progress fast in survival AFK machines are a must.

An obelisk would be cool. Maybe it could made of obsidian or some other dark material.

I think the magic is great, but you're entitled to your opinion i guess...
Robert, I know I just said everyone should dial back on the suggestions, but Aquamancy doesn't count, right?
What if, when you're on land, you just have to use a water bottle just once, then you'd gain a water flow bandoleer from the character's shoulder across to their hip? Like this, but without the green and less ball-blobs:
When you right-click, it flows out into the previously-mentioned ring around you. The ring moves when you punch, effectively increasing the range of your punches and hitting all around you. Double tapping shift while sprinting allows you to ride a miniature wave, increasing speed but reducing turn ability. (see Squirtle's dash animation from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate)
When you thrust the ring forward as an attack, you can press right click again to pull it back towards you, damaging enemies along the way.
Yes, I know that. But the Ice Crystal is an artifact, not a part of them. I'm wondering how and why they have it.
It's just a part of the mob design to make it more interesting and fun to fight. That's like asking why does the Ferrous Wroughtnaught have the Axe Of A Thousand Metals?

I dunno. I’d need The Almighty Robert to clarify, but my theories are that either
A: The Ice Crystals are a naturaly formed part of the creature’s metabolism, a sort of adaptation to hunt down prey
or
B: The Ice Crystals are created by the Cryomancers or some other third party and the transformed the Frostmaws from mundane arctic creatures to VISCOUS SAVAGE ICE BEASTS OF DOOOOOOMMM
As for the Wroughtnaught, I bet the axes were all forged for them when they were warriors in life. It definitely all has a dwarven feel about it (possible mob idea?!?!?).
What King Robert of the Mobs had in mind is sacred knowledge that we cannot be blessed with short of divine intervention.

Yes, more lore would be fun. I've always wanted a lore aspect to the game, not only the one at the forums, but in-game as well. Like a story. Like mob connections here and there. So much could be done and it even might be planned. I can't wait for the future of MM

That, kind sirs, is why I was asking. Lore. Lore makes a game fun.

Yes. A dark purple colour seems really cool
And maybe a smattering (actual word) of bone blocks to indicate what it's for. Hollow on the inside as well, like a Battle Tower. Maybe.
He said as much in an earlier post. Not reading the suggestions, but replying and making the mobs themselves.

I made a grottol spawner and nothing is spawning, do i need to have a certain block near the spawner or something?
I have a question. Why do all Frostmaw(s?) have an Ice Crystal? It seems kind of odd to me.
Yes they do.
Sorry, I ask why do they all have an Ice Crystal.
FROSTmaw. They have ice power.
Yes, I know that. But the Ice Crystal is an artifact, not a part of them. I'm wondering how and why they have it.
