Sea Dweller (or maybe Monsuta Kani, which is Japanese for Monster Crab):
A large 3x3ish around crab that dwells on the bottom of the ocean with dark pits for eyes with beady little red pupils waiting for a player to come near...when a player does come nearby, it scuttles towards them and begins snapping its hands at them.
Way to Defeat: Hit it on its face, anywhere else is covered by a shell.
Health: 80
Drops:
- Raw Crab: Replenishes 5 Hunger Points (Can be cooked into Cooked Crab, which would replenish 10 hunger points)
- Crab Claw: Rare drop that can be worn on hand as weapon and does 7.5 damage.
- Crab Shell Fragment: A slightly rare drop that can be crafted into crab armor, which is as useful as iron armor.
Jellyfish (Can't think of a creative name):
A jellyfish about as big as the player that spawns in ocean biomes, and uses its tentacles to wrap around the players, and slowly drag them towards its head where electrocutes them.
Way to Defeat: Slice its arm off, and finish it by stabbing it in the head.

I might combine the crab with the coral golem suggested a while back.
I know you already have a jungle creature but I put a lot of time of into the creature.😅

1. A giant stone statue turtle-like boss mob that breathes a stream of poisonous gas, hides in its shell to avoid damage for 12 seconds, create shock waves by stomping, a bite attack, spins its body while in the shell to create a miniature vortex that pulls players close to it but does no damage and shoot 3 stalactite missiles from the top of it's shell, the weak point is located under it's body, on how to hit it is to wait until he performs it's vortex spin attack as it will flip over on it's side dizzy and there's your chance to attack.
2.A giant stone hand that shoots beams of fire from the crystal like weak spot from it's palm, perform punches, Create shock waves by slamming it's self in the ground, Create knives in thin air to drive into the ground and fire a powerful energy ball that after use will become exhausted for awhile.
3. A giant spider like mob that resides in spider hives filled with spider egg mobs that when hatched after 3 minutes will create a spider hatchling hostile mob.
4. Same as #3 but with a spider queen as the boss mob as some games love there spider bosses x3

I'm not too sure. Aside from the giant spiders (which other mods already have), the ideas seem a bit disjointed. The turtle more so than the hand is lacking a distinct theme or purpose and is more like a collage of attacks. Sorry, but I'm going to have to turn these down.

Reminds me of glow worms, they hang from the roof of caves and dangle down a sticky string that flying insects get stuck in. They glow to attract bugs into the trap.Speaking of weird web style things there's a kind of spider that spins its web in the air and throws it at flying insects. I also saw a version of spider man where he electrocuted the spider web like taser, that might work because spider web usually needs to be wet.
Basically they have a Feline front half and have a snake like body without hind legs...
It could live in the jungle or a forest attacking from the trees... Some are not depicted with scales, so it might be able to live in a colder climate... It might look neat if the feline half was swapped with a Canine one instead... if that happened it might like colder climates better like the pine forests biome (I can't remember it's exact name sorry)... For attacks it could be a simple biting and poisoning effect... possibly having it wrap around you and slowing you down maybe? It's really whatever you want... >..> The feline variety could be spawning alone, while the Canine one might spawn in a pack maybe 2-3? The feline might have a poison added attack, but the canine would not since they hunt in a pack... It would also be neat to make them tamable like they're normal counter-parts in a similar fashion... like bones and meat for the canine and fish and cooked fish for the feline... I just wouldn't know how to calm them down to give them the foods tho... >..> It might be hard modeling the serpent like body, but I think you could do it really well...
Just my opinion, but there is a fairly large amount of mods which adds either hostile ents as Nature's reinforcers. So, why not mushrooms? I personally feel that mushrooms are the shady side of nature. And why not implement creepy mushrooms?

-Can spread spores, which spawns another mushroom in a 3 by 3 area(maybe once every three days or so?)
-Spawns in roofed forest biomes(kinda rare, because they can spread themselves)
-When raining, can spread spores farther(due to the wind)
-When stepped on, mushroom will 'die', giving poison 2 for 10 seconds(or any other debuff), and also has a 30(or lower) chance of spawning another mushroom
-In direct sunlight, mushrooms will not be able to spread
Newly spawned mushrooms will take about one minecraft day to grow, and be able to spread spores themselves. Drops? Perhaps nothing.

The wrought is so cool! Can you make the helm a placeable in the world too? Also, are the barakoa going to drop their masks?
