Are the "low stats" modifiers when you have low health triggered by a percentage of max health? I have noticed in my testing on Hard difficulty that with the default 10 hearts the effects start around 2-3 hearts. When I equip TiCon heart canisters they start to trigger sooner. I.E. when I have all 3 types of heart canisters equipped for a total of 40 hearts the effects start when I drop below 10 hearts.
Not really an issue since with 40 hearts that gives you 30 hearts of damage before the effects kick in instead of the normal 7-8 when you only have 10 hearts, but I was just curious as to how this is calculated.
I am happy to see this out now for 1.7.10 , and I will defiantly include it in my mod pack , but I have one question I see it supports harvestcraft , but does it support growthcraft ? Thanx man I love all your mods !
"Supports" in this instance just means that Hunger Overhaul manually defines the food values for HarvestCraft foods. All other mods' foods (as long as they are compatible with AppleCore) will be modified according to the config setting modFoodValueDivider.
just looking at configs for this and doing some testing and vanilla food nerf is set to true and apples and carrots are still giving 2 hunger instead of half

my mistake it only heals half but the tooltip shows 2
Well that doesn't make any sense. The only thing that I can think of that could cause this would be that you have Hunger Overhaul installed on the server but not the client. Are you playing on a server or in single player?

Hey man I have a crash when clicking the search tab in creative . I have everyone of your mods installed all up to date.

hey, first thank to progwml, squeek and parker for working hard to update all iguana man mods (except tinker tweaks, that thank is for bonnie) , they awesome!
but i found lycanites mod overrite isn't really balanced relative to the over mods, as the most complex foods there, that in my logic are complecate atleast like the harvestcraft "light meals", like the tropical carry, that is only "snack"

havint got it installed on my server yet like to test everything in single player

list of mods and with only apple core and HO it works fine
Edit: think i need to update my spice of life
Not updating The Spice of Life could definitely do it. The old 1.7.x version of TSoL draws the food values tooltips, so what was probably happening is that AppleCore was drawing the correct HO values, but the old version of The Spice of Life was also drawing the vanilla values on top of them (because it doesn't integrate properly with the 1.7.10 Hunger Overhaul version).
Is there no way to configure the "Well Fed" buff id?
It conflicts with another buff.
I don't really know much about potion IDs and didn't write this part of the mod, but the reason the potion ID setting was removed from the config is that the potion ID is automatically chosen based on the first empty slot in the potion array, meaning that it's not really possible for the HO potion ID to conflict unless some other mod is manually overriding already taken potion IDs.
Can you not change the ID of the buff that it is conflicting with?
Yes, it is based on the percentage of health remaining. This is identical to how it worked in 1.6.4.
"Supports" in this instance just means that Hunger Overhaul manually defines the food values for HarvestCraft foods. All other mods' foods (as long as they are compatible with AppleCore) will be modified according to the config setting modFoodValueDivider.
So, yes, probably. If not, it's something GrowthCraft will need to fix.
"# Chance for seed to drop from hoe use on normal difficulty
I:seedChance=1"
Stay at zero? I want no chance of seeds dropping from tilling grass, but whenever I change it to zero it reverts to one upon reloading.
Edit: I only ask because I'm doing a very specific thing in my modpack and it would help me out a lot
just looking at configs for this and doing some testing and vanilla food nerf is set to true and apples and carrots are still giving 2 hunger instead of half
If you don't care about hoeToolDamageMultiplier, you can just set modifyHoeUse to false, which will stop seeds from dropping from tilling grass.
I'll make it so that seedChance can be set to 0 for the next version.

What other mods do you have installed? Does it still happen if you only have AppleCore and Hunger Overhaul installed?
list of mods and with only apple core and HO it works fine

To avoid the crash with Mariculture:
Go into your Mariculture config folder, open Modules.cfg and set the HungerOverhaul Plugin to "false".
plugins {
B:BiomesOPlenty=true
B:Enchiridion=true
B:Forestry=true
B:HungerOverhaul=false **<- that used to be true**
This allows you to continue playing with both HungerOverhaul and Mariculture with no problems until Mariculture is updated.
