Thutmose I know you said it would be difficult but I humbly ask that you continue the 1.7.10 branch since many legendary mods or not even going past 1.7.10. A great example of such events is the famous Natura and Twilight forest ... please even if its only once a month port changes back to 1.7.10!

to update from 1.7.10 was a complete re-write of the mod, as the mod had needed a complete re-write for several years, as it had essentially been patched for every minecraft update before that, it was not just updating things.

Also what is Pokecube Solstice?
There are rare candies in the mod, they are just very rare, and cannot be obtained via give commands, if you want to "cheat" to level up, you can use /pcedit and set the exp of the pokemob higher to give it a higher level.
Solstice was an addon for pokecube that someone was making to add some fakemon to pokecube, I don't think it is currently being worked on.

The rare candies enforce that they are legit by having a number saved in the pokecube data that correlates to a number saved in the nbt tag of the candy, when the candy is used, it deletes the number from the pokecube data, and will only work if the numbers match before the deletion. This means the only way to give yourself one, is to make one with the tags, then edit the saved data to include the relevant number.

I just found a bug. When I send out my charmander the moves list doesn't pop up in the top left corner. If I press the up or down arrows the attacks change and the battle-chat says I'm using different moves. It's a bit irritating. But my other guys (aka electrike now level 2) still have the move overlay? Is there a way to fix this? Also an idea just occured to me. What if you added a feature where you could set your pokemon on training mode, where they'd seek out every wild pokemon in a 60 block radius (for example) that are around their level and fight them. So in theory it'd be sending your pokemon to the day care. And you could set them to come back to a certain place after, say, a minecraft day or a real hour? Now that would make life much easier for the lot of us :). Also that location could be their home and if they get lost they would return there. Just brainstorming

if you have them on stay and guard, they will randomly wander around where they were told to stay, and kill anything they see.

Hey Thutmose could you add two more starters: Pikachu and Eevee because Eevee was a starter in Pokemon Yellow and technically Pikachu was too.

you can add those on your end via configs. it is done in config/pokecube/compat/spawns.xml

Pokemobs will breed if let sit next to each other, and they have food in inventory (berries) and there are not too many pokemobs nearby.
The egg will then hatch if left on the ground for a while, you place the eggs by right clicking them, and can pick them up by left clicking them.
