No offense, this is probably a great mod and all. But, the way I understand it, is in instead of having to download this mod, you can just switch out the controls in the options menu.

It isn´t like that! This mod is specially by you can view your whole inventory (no crafting or your character showing) with only single button. In vanilla minecraft without mods,you need view your inventory by pushing "I" button! (not L! Lowercase l seems same as capital i!)
This is a really awesome mod! It's convenient too because just last night I was building my Adventure map and ran out of slots. I will definitely be using this mod from now on! I made a Mod Showcase video so more people can now about this AWESOME mod! Hope you enjoy and thank you for this great mod

THIS. This is a mod I need! Being a Building Clan owner, I go through materials like crazy and 9 slots isn't close to enough - I'm sure my fellow members would have to agree as well. As soon as there is a multiplayer release, this will be set up right away Thank you for this awesome mod idea!
How about modpacks? Do you mind if we use this mod in them for non-commercial purposes?
I am totally fine with that! Will work on this weekend to add customizable keybindings and other configuration options in for version 1.01 so wait for that
This will be so helpful with doing tasks like Mining, when you break your pickaxe, you have to press the Inventory Button and get the spare pickaxe out of your inventory, while here, you can just press Left Ctrl and use the mouse wheel to get the Pickaxe. Much less time consuming.
Also, will there be a way to support non-mouse wheel users with this mod?

Curse PremiumDon't think that is possible as Bukkit is serverside only. Have not though done any actual Bukkit development so cannot say for sure.
