I removed the downloads for 1.12 on Curseforge until I figure a way to fix the crashes. It might take a while because I wille most likely have to recode some portion of MalisisCore.
Thanks for your patience.

I'm sure this has been asked a dozen times before, and there's probably a valid reason why it hasn't happened that I'm ignorant to. But is there no way for you to add functionality to allow doors to be added to the top of stairs? So that I can literally open the door and step down into my room. I tend to build over many levels and sometimes I end up needing this fuctionality (for example I just built a room for my galacticraft workshop, then realised I needed to lower the entire room in order for the nasa workbench to fit. so now I need a stairs block coming from the door. it looks rather horrible sticking out into the room and it'd be amazing if it could just be in the wall with the door above it.)
Like I said it's probably been asked a bunch so sorry for that.
Iirc, that's a vanilla thing, so I don't think that can be fixed by Malisis Doors.

On my side, the texture problem only occurs when I'm connected on my multiplayer server. In singleplayer I have no problem at all, all textures are fine. My server has MalisisDoor as well, same version, as well of MalisisCore, and same Forge version.
I created a door using stone and oak wood. I wasn't able to select many of the movement options or sound types. I assume this might be intended, but I don't know for sure.
When I placed the door (using the double left sliding option) the door place, slid left and then I was unable to close it again, couldn't target it or break it (without breaking the block below it). It was basically not there, except for the texture and being able to break it by removing the block below.
Can't really explain it, but removing blocks from the factory seemed to behave a bit weird. I think I lost the blocks I put in when I tried to remove them, but I could be wrong. What I did notice for sure was randomly the blocks would appear "in my hand" (as the cursor) without clicking them.
If you need a crash report from one who has this problem email me. I'm a newbie so haven't ever made a crash report yet. OS Windows 10 64 bit, Intel i7, w/ 12 GB ram, Minecraft 1.12, forge 1.12. Newest Java also.
So, the issue about the doors not having models only happens when connecting to a dedicated server. Unfortunately, it's a bug from Forge and I can't do anything until it's fixed by Forge directly. Until then, I guess you'll have to deactivate the vanilla modification in the configs.

There is an issue when trying to click on values from the drop down select. Until it's fixed, the workaround is to use keyboard up and down arrow when it has focus.
The Double Left/Right Sliding/Rotating doors are designed to be used as double doors as one of them will animated completely outside their actual block position.
I recently noticed the client side of the inventory is not always updating correctly when inside a GUI, but the blocks aren't actually lost. I'm hoping to fix this soon.

There is a Problem with the door Factory where only pick the movement options for Double Rotating left through Rotating and sliding, the Redstone behavior options Standard and Redstone Only, and the sound option Big Door. Plz Fix This!

There is a lot of bug in this mod about Custum Doors :
1) Door Factory doesn't reset its GUI, when you make a door, materials are still in the GUI until you close it and re-open it.
2) If you create two doors in the same time in the Door Factory, the Door Factory produces itself instead.
3) On multiplayer, doors that open on the sides are not opened togheter even if they are togheter and the same material.
4) You cannot select some options in the GUI about movement, door type, except if you use arrow keys.
5) Often Custom Doors don't drop themself when destroyed. Two same door with same material, only one has dropped.
6) Vanilla doors have no textures because a Forge bug it seems, but that you already know.
7) Wooden and Iron Glass Door have visual glitches on their texture when you move around.
All other doors added by the mod are fine and works proprely, these bugs only concern custom doors.
About 2, they are not droping themself, but instead they duplicates client-side the latest placed block. It's client-side only, you cannot really cheat like this, but you have to disconnect and then reconnect to fix this issue.
About 3 and 5 : the bug is caused by another mod. I found how to fix the issues in the configs.

malisisdoors-1.12-7.0.2
Using Minecraft v 12. This mod always crashes, I've also added the MalisCore mod so it should work.

HI! I love this mod but I'm having some problems!
1. all of the base game 1.12 doors don't show up!
2. Iron trapdoors don't have a texture
3. In the Tab of Malisis Doors not all of the doors are there
I'm on my own server and Im using multiple mods with this one!
Please help me I love this mod, but right now I cant use it!
There is a lot of bug in this mod about Custum Doors :
1) Door Factory doesn't reset its GUI, when you make a door, materials are still in the GUI until you close it and re-open it.
2) If you create two doors in the same time in the Door Factory, the Door Factory produces itself instead.
3) On multiplayer, doors that open on the sides are not opened togheter even if they are togheter and the same material.4) You cannot select some options in the GUI about movement, door type, except if you use arrow keys.
5) Often Custom Doors don't drop themself when destroyed. Two same door with same material, only one has dropped.6) Vanilla doors have no textures because a Forge bug it seems, but that you already know.
Hello, I'm using malisisdoors-1.8.9-3.1.4 and malisiscore-1.8.9-2.1.5, first the mod works but suddenly I become an Error then I join a world:
