There's a mod that replicate the RP2 machines, can't remember the name but I know it exist, but seriously, water mills are the most inefficient source of power for IC2 that ever existed along with their basic solar power (but once you add some of the extra solar panel mods, they become really interesting a bunch of Ultimate Hybrid Solar Panels are the best I think, but the HV solar arrays aren't bad either). You might also take a look at the Liquicrafter from I think Thermal Expansion, it might do a part of the job for the water buckets connected with a aqueous accumulator and some pipes from Buildcraft, but I could be wrong...

I think it was called Project Red, but it's been taken down because it was "unstable" and being rewritten for Forge Multipart.

Even with those on, it would still work. Have every FTB Unleashed mod active except Hats and Hat Stands (too silly) and got them playing nice with each other. Threw in a couple of others, including Extra Biomes XL, and all still works. BTW, have EBXL AND Biomes-O-Plenty generating worlds for me without any problems.
Yeup it does work lol I just had them disabled before hand and I thought maybe it would interfere with the red logic mod but I guess not. And we need Pneumatic Tubes again immibis! Please
and this is the crash I get when I put transmitters/recievers next to red alloy wire. its not just a crash either, I cant seem to use that world anymore
Mod developers prefer one code base, not multiple for multiple versions of minecraft. And some features just are not possible in older versions of Forge (missing hooks and such)
Like most modders, they don't like supporting old versions of Minecraft, even if there's some well known modpacks still using them (FTB), they don't really take time to care for the people that love their mods...
I used to do that, actually (up to 1.4.5), but it was impractical to test on all the different versions, leading to more bugs (eg. in some versions of Advanced Repulsion Systems for 1.2.5, there weren't any recipes, and that was not caught for a while somehow).
Possible to get a backport for 1.5.2? Got that bug in the latest version of it.
I mean, 1.5.2 is still the most used version when it comes to mods and modpacks.
Also it's not possible to update to 1.6.2 because other mods didn't update yet :/

Fixed, update and try again (caused by not having Immibis's Microblocks)

Can anyone help me with this error??? The ID set in immibis.cfg for 'redlogic.lampCubeOn' is already used by 'tile.blockThermalMonitor; (ID 4094) Please correct the problem and restart Minecraft.

You have an ID conflict. Go into the configs and change one of them. (either the redlogic one or the thermalmonitor one)
Could you make a block similar to the lighting blocks that have 4x4 lights and accepts a bundled cable to power each light? This image might help you understand what I mean: http://imgur.com/j6qqPOU

Is it intended for insulated wires to not output signal?
Yes I think they are made for this, you need a piece of uninsulated cable at the end of it to connect anything, I also remember it was the same with RP2...

The premier role of an insulated wire is to prevent connection to anything close by, so it wouldn't make sense that any insulated wire would connect to something without a proper uninsulated wire next to the machine you want to power it with... Or maybe I got it wrong...

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say this is because you are running the IC2_exp builds which changed the power system.
I know this is a work in progress, just reporting what I've found so far with latest builds. Saw image is still bugged, but still works as intended. Micro blocks don't show it's respective names.

Curse PremiumI used to do that, actually (up to 1.4.5), but it was impractical to test on all the different versions, leading to more bugs (eg. in some versions of Advanced Repulsion Systems for 1.2.5, there weren't any recipes, and that was not caught for a while somehow).
You are currently living without RedPower, right?
Did you know that:
A) IC2 finally made it so that you can't pipe buckets into watermills
Fixed, update and try again (caused by not having Immibis's Microblocks)
Update Immibis Core and Immibis's Microblocks.
It's still there for the 1.5.2 version, which is used in FTB Unleashed.

You have an ID conflict. Go into the configs and change one of them. (either the redlogic one or the thermalmonitor one)
