Not as far as I can tell, but there is a WIP copycat mod for 1.8.9 called Correlated Potentialistics. I found it in the comments of that Refined Storage mod that Escman1999 mentioned for 1.9. Both Correlated Potentialistics and Refined Storage look like they only copy the storage side of AE2 so far, rather than the auto-crafting.
I've never bothered automating chargers as charged ferris Quartz is primatial let used to make fluix and there is no AE idiomatic way to auto craft that on demand.
There are ways to automate it using vanilla + AE2, but the result is unattractive, and violates the style of the rest of the automation in AE2.
If the annihilation plane got a filter, OR of AE got an entity sensor that could count in-world entities as part of a networks inventory, THEN an elegant in world crafter of crystals could be constructed.

I was wondering, is there a way to use a toggle bus, or perform a toggle bus like effect, on a dense cable?
I am playing on a Bevo Tech Pack server and have a basic ME system currently setup (just a drive and an access terminal). I am currently setting up crafting automation but wanted to be able to turn off that whole portion of the network when I am not using it in order to conserve power. My initial setup, powering the drive and terminal via an Energy Acceptor and then using a toggle bus between that and a ME Controller that is connected to the rest of the network, had a lot of strange glitches and is now abandoned.
It was at this point that I discovered the ME Controller can also accept power directly (being fed with an EnderIO energy conduit) and I've set aside the Energy Acceptor completely.
I would like to be able to have my mini-network of just a Controller, Drive, and Terminal for basic usage, and then by flicking a lever turn on the rest of the network, but it doesn't appear that toggle buses will connect to dense cable. As I need to use dense cable (exceeding 8 channels in my autocrafting setup) is there some way to do this with the dense cable itself instead of pushing a redstone signal to multiple toggle buses routing off the dense cable?
I don't know of a way to do that with dense cable, but if you use a P2P Tunnel, you should be able to set up a regular cable to toggle instead of needing to toggle dense cable.
Thank you MauveCloud, had forgotten about P2P Tunneling... mostly because I have no experience with it. Trying to model something in a single-player creative world now, but as usual I must be doing something wrong. Off to YouTube tutorials!
I've discovered a strange issue with meteorites in AE2. I'm using the mod as part of stock (Mystcraft, JourneyMap disabled) FTB Infinity, so there might be a conflict involved, but I thought I'd post the issue here all the same.
In at least three places on the meteorite in this save there are functional end portal blocks. They are now covered with smooth stone, so please mine away the stone on the top and sides to see them. I have not examined other meteorites to see if the bug is reproducible.
Banging my head on another issue with my Bevo's Tech Pack setup and reverse toggle bus. I grabbed a screenshot this time.
I have discovered that if I add a ME Smart Cable to the reserved toggle bus on top of the dense cable, giving it a redstone signal (via EnderIO redstone conduit) kills my entire ME network, not just the assembly chambers and interfaces dependent upon that cable line. Might anyone know of a reason why?

The AE autocrafting system will only use the first recipe it finds for a particular item. I would recommend that you remove the second recipe.
