:'v but with 32 chunks loaded the game was running on 210 fps :'v, why with shaders the game run in 30 fps :'v, i do not understand, ( sorry for my inglish, i'm from argenina :v
Integrated can't handle shaders, just use enhanced default at most or nothing at all, keep your game at normal fps
but in Windows 8 with seus Shaders v11.0 the game was running in 60 fps, in windows 10 the Seus Shaders is running in 12 fps :C, please i need help :v, why in windows 10 my fps are very low ?
Can you show your settings in Minecraft?
Also, you don't need to allocate that much RAM, but if you wanted to, just set it to like Half of your RAM (Like you have 4GB just allocate 2GB).

^Screen shot of my dilemma, not a big problem. The sky is outrageously bright white. Yes this is modded it is the project ozone 2: reloaded just wanted a shaders to spice the sky up. Everything works fine my computer (i7 3.1 Quadcore, Nvidia 960M, 8GB) can run it, i just wanted to know how to dim the sky. I've done this through Sues, but this shaders is a lot more complicated. Any help appreciated!
It all depends on what resources your gpu and cpu and your ram is useing.
Some parts of your system requires memory to run, and you can impossible have a pc running at 100%.
But what happens if you choose a 64x64 texture pack?
Because I'm not seeing a specific bottleneck?
GPU isn't hitting 90-100% usage.
GPU VRAM isn't hitting 90-100%.
CPU isn't hitting 90-100%.
A single CPU thread or core isn't hitting 90-100%.
RAM and swap file aren't full.
Temperatures are fine.
As an example, more modern GPU or CPU intensive games do hit that 90-100%
in one or more areas - thus the FPS drop - but that usage isn't present here with
x256+Low shader, yet FPS is unstable 60...
And yes, I get more FPS with lower view distance or a lower resolution texture pack, but that doesn't help me.
The usual answer to problems like these is to make sure your graphics card drivers are up-to-date, but assuming that isn't an issue, you might see a benefit from turning of setting your framerate to unlimited, turning off v-sync (I know, I know, just hear me out) and playing with your settings. Turn on/off VBOs, fast math, stuff like that. Your GPU is a bit older so there might be something there that's not playing well with your hardware.
How much is your framerate varying by? Minecraft isn't exactly known for its rock-solid steady framerates, even where the hardware should be more than powerful enough to keep things steady. You could also try a different shaderpack (not based on Chocapic13's shaders, SEUS is one good option) and see if you notice the same issues.

Worst case was 35fps, usually between 40-55fps, with random dips and hops around that. Tried VBO, math, sync, whatever I found. Tried KUDA and Continuum on Low/Lite, the Lagless one (but it's basically invisible and has a weird tint), and didn't see much more stability, even more lag AFAIK.
For what it's worth, nothing improves in-door (the base or a small cave), like it's rendering everything in the FOV+Distance, seen and unseen. Even looking straight up or down doesn't help (you'd expect a jump to 60)...
PS: I'm asking here because I'm using these shaders the longest, should I make a post elsewhere?
I'm trying the no-shadows LITE beta version of V6 because it gives more FPS than the regular LITE V6 (which has shadows). I noticed that the beta version makes caves and other indoor areas somewhat darker than the regular and significantly darker than V5 Lite (in the daytime), and that torches and glowstone have their lighting reduced heavily. I suspect it might be an unintentional change in the normal ambient lighting as a result of the removal of shadows. I have no idea where to adjust the ambient cave lighting in the files, could anyone help me?
I've been having some issues or bugs with The V6 Extreme.

hi chocapic13. im a big fan of ur v5 of the shaders because it has the feature that lights up an area when you hold a torch/glowstone. maybe bring it up again on an updated v6 or a newer v7? also im using lite becuase my pc is a potato thx! <3

That's an Optifine feature. Turn it on/off in the video settings.

Probably because you need to give Java more ram
i assigned 3GB Ram to Java ( i have 4GB Ram ),
i only want a lite Version with Bloom, this is the perfect Shader Bloom in my opinion.

hi CSM, this is my minecraft configuration :3 https://gyazo.com/d205cc591ffa1320a0ec7a7c8c83d649
Help me out please:
I have a solid PC (GTX760 2gb, i5-3470 3.2ghz, 8gb RAM, SSD) and I can't get a stable 60 FPS with an x256 texture pack and Lite or Low shader version.
View distance is 12+.
Every lighting option is turned off, shadows are x0.5, no AA or AF.
Im'm using the latest Optifine for 1.11.2 and a texture pack x256 without POM/PBR.
3gigs allocated to singleplayer MC.
My GPU usage never goes above 70%, and CPU is around 60% - it should pump out 60 FPS.
Any ideas?

Also enchanted items don't have the shiny effect for some reason?
