Is the slag furnace you are talking about the one added by Factorisation?
I could look into adding support for it, but only when factorisation is out for 1.7.10 since I'm no longer updating it for 1.6.4.
Yes, Factorization. I've moved on to better methods of processing since then, but the Slag Furnace is still useful for early game ore processing.
EDIT: Okay, finally figured it out. Sorry about the previous two posts.
seems to not work with something I installed, cause even 2.1.0 I had doesn't work anymore... I just updated everything I have, this and 1 other mod wont work anymore, this log is without the other non working mod
Edit: completely deleted the .minecraft folder and reinstalled all the latest mods, still doesn't work... http://filebin.net/of2u1kgwbj
Edit 2: it's crashing cause it's incompatible with another mod, I am going through them now, but without them, it does start up now... I will update you on the mod(s) that keep interfering...
Final Update: Found out that "Pam's HarvestCraft 1.7.10a" and "ObsidCraft-3.2-1.7.2-and-1.7.10" are the culprits... While they do work if "AOBD" and "Metallurgy" are not installed, they do not work with them...

I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the report
The author of ObsidCraft registers an item in the ore dictionary with an empty name (null). Which is down right stupid =P I'm not working around mods that do that. That's a bug on ObsidCraft's side.
I managed to load my game with Pam's Harvestcraft installed just fine.
Hello, this must be one of the best mods to get multiple mods working together.
I however was trying to find more information on adding you own ore to mechanisms 3-5x processing, is there a wiki or some other dukumentation to help me achive this?
# Add prefixes separated by commas.
# Textures will be aobd:prefix and aobd:prefix_overlay.
# Example: dust,cluster
S:items=
}
I get all items ingame, and can see them in NEI, but they are black even with the colorcode.
I was trying to figure out if i needed more in the config to get mechanism to process the uranium (ic2/netherOres)
You did it all right, but I'm not sure if it will work since IC2 doesn't add an uranium ingot (or does it?)
As for the colour being always black.. I'll look into that :3

Fixed it It was a problem in the config loading order that was overriding the colour you were giving it to the black default.
It will work on the next version
First of all, I really like this mod, it makes up for some good integration, however I'm having some issues (I'm using v2.2.2):
I'm running Galacticraft in my pack and I want to add ore processing for Titanium and Desh. I added this line in the config:
For Desh it works well, it adds the dust, clump, shard, crystal, native cluster and dirtydust. For titanium it adds everything except the shard. It doesn't add the colors however (all the items are grey).
One other problem I'm having is that I don't know how to add the Mekanism gases for Desh and Titanium (cleanslurry and dirtyslurry).
And I'm not sure if your mod also adds the recipes for the items I'm adding with it or not (if it should then it's not working, if it shouldn't then don't mind this). Right now it doesn't do it, but that's not such a great issue as I'm using Minetweaker and Modtweaker to add the recipes myself.
But all in all, great mod, these are just some minor issues I ran into, keep up the good work.
1 - Are those world gen ores with ingots? if so, AOBD should support them automatically.
2 - There's a bug that makes player added items render with weird colours. It's been fixed in the next version.
3 - There's no way to add gases for mekanism yet... I'll have to look into that
4 - No it does not add the recipes, you have to add them yourself.
They are ores wich drop "shards" when you mine them, these can then be made into ingots in a furnace. However I want to make them processable with thaumcraft/TE/Mek when you silktouch them (so yes, they are ores with ingots, but I don't think they are oredicted as oreTitanium and oreDesh). The only problem is, for the titanium it doesn't add the shard
You should speak to the author of Galacticraft and get him/her to register his/her ores =P
Would make your life and everyone else a lot easier
Would it be possible to ad some kind of support for the Amber you get from Amber bearing stone in Thaumcraft 4.2? I tried adding it using the custom setting in the config, but I could not get it to work properly. There is not much use for amber in the mod, but the blocks/bricks looks great as a building material. And at the moment it is incredibly hard to get enough of it to use it for any large scale building.
Well, thaumcraft has just been released for 1.7.10. However while i can see the AOBD tab in the thaumonomicon it doesnt have any research available so you might want to check that out

You need the Ore Puritification research first
discovered this mod while cannibalizing a modpack to create a 1.7.10 instance from and have loved it ever since, thanks!

i keep making the same mistake, i think "oh, i've given them a few months, surely it'll be fixed by now" THAT is why i seem to ALWAYS be angry to some of you, my advice is to get the lead out.
there were nice things here, until the mod author threw a tantrum.
Most already supported mods have recipes that turn Nether Ores into normal ones (at x2 or x3 rates).
don't you just smelt those to produce the standard ore and then process as normal anyway?
at least last i saw, that was how it worked.

Also AODB, now that I look, does "support" Nether Ores actually. In the sense it detects the ores via oreDict and adds stuff for them if there are no proper recipes present already.
no, i was agreeing with you, really.
just pointing out that it's kind of a side-step to the normal processing chain, which then starts where vanilla ores would begin.
that's pretty neat that AODB supports them as well, too.
nether ore -> 2x standard output -> processing.

Yup I am aware of that
And the support is already added (it was added before TE even got released).
It needs some tweaking so watch out for any updates soon

If the mariculture item is registered as shardTitanium in the ore dictionary, then yes, that's likely what's causing it.
