Totally agree. It could be a huge Blaze, with floating arms instead of blaze rods like normal Blazes. It could spawn(or be spawned) in a Nether Fortress, and would spawn regular blazes to fight for him.
His melee attack could be a ground smash that would launch the player away, and it could have a projectile attack like the wither skulls that the Wither boss throws, but instead of explosion damage and wither effect(like the Wither does) it would set the player on fire. Also, it would have a chance to drop some item used to craft a new armor and toolset, or maybe an awesome, unique weapon.
I know the mod creator in real life and i know lots of the mod because he tells me when i hang out with him but the ghast queen is a semi-boss because it only has 40 health but shoots many fire balls at once, but i guess you could mistake it for a boss because it is very boss (terrible pun)

Technically yes, the Ghast Queen is a semi-boss (however it might be strengthened later on, and made into a true boss). Though for all purposes the Ghast Queen is a boss.
Well if there any big features or bug fixes or what not you think should be in 1.6.4, I'd say work on that. Once you move to 1.7, the latest version of 1.6.4 is what most people will be using, especially for mod packs or what not. So it should seem complete and final and not like it needs balance or is missing parts.
I haven't tried it for a few versions now and haven't been up with the posts completely as far as plans. But I am still working on a modded 1.6.4 let's play, since it will take months before most mods get 1.7, so when you do start towards 1.7 it pretty much would imply the current 1.6.4 will be last besides maybe a bug fix or such.

After reading this, I've decided to have one more update before 1.7. Which will include the Nether Dungeons, as well as some new mobs, and more.
Something I forgot to mention on the changelog is that zombie pigmen have a chance of getting angry at you when you mine their ores. The more you mine them, the higher that chance gets. Also, the rarer that ore is, the higher the chance of them getting angry at you.
No new mobs have been added this update, but major additions to the existing mobs have been made.
Also, I fixed a glitch with the signature. Feel free to use it!
I figured out what you mean - I'll try to fix it.
EDIT: I fixed it. I put a bracket in the wrong place and it screwed up the flames. I'll upload the fixed version tomorrow.
LOLZ dat glutton dou!

I just found out 1.7 Forge is out, meaning you'll be seeing NetherX for 1.7 probably sometime in late January.
Just to check, does this mean the current 1.6.4 version will be the final version? Or do you think it may receive another update before 1.7?
Mod Packs- Untamed Chaos (1.7.10), Moonlit Siege (1.7.10), Ascension (1.6.4)
