So crucible crafting is not working for me, when i researched thaumium and throwed some shards to form the 4 praecantio and the iron ingot, used the wand in the crucible but nothing happened, tried in creative with a new crucible, put lava, the crucible, and filled it with water, put 2 ethereal essences (praecantio), the iron ingot, used the wand, nothing happened, help? Is not working or Im doing something wrong?
The iron ignot is known as a catalyst, and you would expect that when you threw it in you would trigger the change and get a thaumium. The only reason to use your wand on the cruicble is to reset it. Because you don't understand how it is supposed to work I can imagine any number of things you might have done wrong. Throwing in the iron first would not work for example. Read the thaumonomicon again, and then retry.
If you still have trouble, post a screenshot of what the crucicble looks like before you throw in the iron (use your goggles so we can see what essences it has), and then again what it looks like after.
Is there any way to pick up the Ethereal blooms? If not, is there going to be?
No, but if you have Thaumic Tinkerer you can use the dislocation focus to move them. Ethreal blooms are expencive if you are trying to clean up a natural tainted area and very time consuming as well.

Diamond is piece of cake compared with gold for some reason (searched in layers 28 and 29).

You dont need the goggles, but they show you what aspects are in the cauldron, which helps for trouble shooting. You dont use the wand. Each item that you can create is created by throwing in a catalyst when there are enough essentia in the cauldron. Thaumium is created when you throw an iron bar into a cauldron with at least 4 praecantio.
Gold is most common down deep. It is most comon in layers 1-16, and gets less and less common after that. You can also transmute it out of gold armour you can get from mob drops.

I have similar problem like loleq80. I can't make any chest safe for thaumcraft, but i can't delete it, because i love TC. Where is warded stone now? T.T or any mod/plugin to make it safe.
There's a plugin called Lockette (the Troper server uses it) that makes chests you've put a sign on untouchable by others. That may lock your golems out, though.

Alright, so i still can't infuse but I made more tests. I could not infuse anything I tested, including silverwood wands, obsidian wands, quartz wands, thaumium caps, centrifuge, or brain in a jar. I'm convinced that it's an infusion problem and not just a recipe problem.
altar has at least 5 blocks radius of open space on each side other than essentia/pedestals, with 5 blocks of air above that area. Excess essentia was present for all attempts, usually more than double the requirement.
Does anyone know the cause of this, because i can find no bug reports or incompatibilities that would cause this.

One thing... is the water boiling? you have to have a fire under the caldron to make the water boil before you throw the stuff in.
Other ways to get gold... kill zombies and skellys that are wearing gold armor, sometimes they drop it. Kill zombie pigmen, they drop nuggets. Trade mana beans to Pech, they give those clumps of gold ore (I can't think of the name) that smelt into two ingots, but if you put them in the arcane furnace, you get bonus nuggets too. Use your alchemy skills to increase your gold nuggets.
I can now say that the golems will not replant the Ender-Lilly seeds from Extra Utilities regardless of whether you plant them on End stone or in farmland, though they will harvest fully grown Ender Lilly plants as normal.

I did some CraftTweaker scripts for Mystical Agriculture. They fill in a couple of small gaps in MA, and also let you make or duplicate not only vanilla plants, but the blocks, plants and wood from Quark and Biomes O'Plenty. Also spawn eggs for most vanilla mobs! The scripts are here on Github.

Unfortunately the Use golems aren't allowed to plant items/trees on any ground protected by Mytown, I suspect the golems keep track of who their master is, but the creator of MyTown either doesn't know how to access that data or simply hasn't gotten around to it yet. So all golems are prevented from using items within a town radius regardless of the owner. (funnily enough this doesn't stop a golem from replanting something it picked).

I built my infusion matrix as described earlier. Thaumium cap in the centre pedestal, then salis mundus on 3 approximately equidistant pedestals. I tried both splitting the difference in an 8 pedestal ring and then just using the 3. Auram and potentia jars were placed 1 block away from a pedestal, 14 auram and 64 potentia. Then I clicked on the matrix, pedestals, column things, ground, and surrounding air in every way I could imagine. Right, left, 4 different foci and no foci, while jumping, from above, below, all sides, from close and far. The matrix just sits up there and glows purple like an insulting word for donkey. Pretty much the same for everything else I tested but with different pedestal items and essentia around.

A screenshot of your infusion altar setup could be useful. I don't think your setup is the problem, but it would dispel all doubt.
Alright, I'm dumb. I had pedestals with items on them too close to the infusion matrix. 11 blocks isn't far enough away, it seems. I do not know why I didn't test that thing first. Infusion works now.
I've never been clear on the altar's definition of symmetry. Is it orthogonal? Diagonal? Approximate rotational? Any of the above? Or does it just want each item to be placed opposite another, and you're out of luck if there's an odd number?
