Only thing with Vitium I could acquire without taint node/biome is Everfull Urn. Probably oversight...

Try salis mundus. I recall remarking to myself it had vitium on it, but that was in version 5.0.3 so that may have changed. I haven't had a chance to play with the new version yet.
Not this time. There is a command in BoP that teleports player to closest biome under the given ID ( even to not generated chunks ). While it is able to find Magical Forest in vanilla default gen without a problem it is unable to find when generator is set to BoP. Already tried few times under diffrent conditions.
Yeah, it sucks. I've been in your situation before and optifine used to be a requirement for me when playing with mods. The graphical issues are just something you'll have to get used to, or you can report them to optifine and hope they fix it. Not many mod authors I know of are willing to fix issues caused by optifine on their end.
I suppose i have to get used to use optifine, the worst to use optifine with thaumcraft 5 is the GIANT black ring in the sun! D:

I got an NPE crash on a server when a clay golem with wheels, a brain, and breaker hands tried to cut down any type of tree in a lumber designated area of any size. I do not get the same crash on singleplayer with the same settings and it seems to only happen as soon as he tries to cut the log and not as soon as he gets the order. Ive found a bug. When optifine is present, armor doesnt render corectly. It doesnt load the texture. affects both basic models like the goggles of revealing and complex models such as the void robes. the bug also affects mobs. this issue is only present with optifine installed.
when I put on travelers boots (which suffer the error llike all the other armors) i noticed this in the console:

this really isnt so much a thaumcraft bug but an optifine one, that mod is notorious for not working with mods well. Just had a more-than-one-in-a-thousand research note. Three (out of five) aspect placements in a row, placed for free. And then the fifth was also free, but I don't know what the chances of that are and I don't care to calculate them.
I'm enjoying these new, slightly harder research notes. Bending my brain a bit on them. Also, thankyewthankyew for making vitreus into aer+terra. It cuts down substantially on the amount of work (and the amount of ordo!) required to join terra chains to aer chains.

Try fastcraft back in 1.6.4 I had to switch over to it when using botania because at one point Optifine caused the flowers ( the main thing in that mod) not to render all I could see were the shiny particles.
Huh, I just noticed that: Since the crafting grid is 9(3x3) slots and the wand caps and stick only takes up three means that you have six empty slots, Meaning you could place one crystal of every type in the grid.
Something entirely unrelated to that, I enjoyed the scanning mechanism of TC4, Just not having to scan everything in a specific order. Mostly because it was bothersome bottlenecking at the "life" branch aspects whenever returning from a absence. (It was a bit obtuse i've found.)
Thoughts about 5.1.1 features. In short, they are awesome, but feels very work-in progress. Which they probably are:)
-Grapple hook. It's great, but it's hard to slinghot past things with it. And sometimes, getting on a cliff. Sometimes when I fly past grappling point, I'm dragged back, which is not what I want at all. What about making Steve more responsive to left/right/jump buttons and disconnect hook when it's about a block behind your moving vector?
On related note, it's hard to toggle fast between foci now when there is so much useful kinds of them. What about lettiing hot-keying them?
-Aerial Aura transfusion. It's great, it works and saves lots of headache. But it's not playing nice with alembics and jars.
If there is alembics stack, and filling transfuser is connected to each (one per alembic), or one transfuser is connected to a pipe that connect each alembic in stack, then only bottom alembic works, pumping one type of essentia through transfuser before running out of it and going to another. Meanwhile, internal Smeltery buffer tops out.
System still does it work, but way slower than it could.
It works well with Auxillary pumps though - both bottom alembics works, but again, only bottom in the stack.
Another problem is that transfuser do not respect jar priority, going to nearest jar (empty or with same essentia type) even if there is warded jar of right type waiting a little further.
I think transfuser has to have similar behaviour to pipes, going first to warded jar, then to a jar with right type, and only then to empty jar.
golem part: magnetic arm.
- clumsy
- magnetic: this golem can attract loose items from a distance.
(literally a magnet attached to one of his hands). the effect wears off, when the item hes targeting is in front of his feet.
this includes the drops of mobs he has slain, or specific items hes trying to pick up as the result of a gathering seal.
flesh golem. (cheaper than voidmetal)
- slightly increased health
- fast regeneration
- no base armor
trait: aura sensitive
- this golem is affected by the level of flux in the aura. medium to high levels of flux in the aura causes disruptions of its basic functions and result in this golem to randomly shutting down (for 20 seconds to 1:30 min depending on flux levels).
- very low levels of flux grant a significant bonus to his operating speed
golem augment: protective wards (runic shielding)
- the golem draws vis from the aura to build up a runic shield around him
- aura sensitive

How do I pick up golem? Shift - right-clicking him with bell worked once, but now I try it and it does nothing.
