I did some CraftTweaker scripts for Mystical Agriculture. They fill in a couple of small gaps in MA, and also let you make or duplicate not only vanilla plants, but the blocks, plants and wood from Quark and Biomes O'Plenty. Also spawn eggs for most vanilla mobs! The scripts are here on Github.
heres a small update of the cultist paladin, i gave him a shield(this is just the armor without the actual cultist wearing it.):
damn dude. this looks really awesome. i love the addition of the shield.
on a sidenote, it just dawned me that one of the most useless items in the game is actually really good for thaumcraft automation. im speaking of the dirt chest 9000 from the iron chest mod.
if you only want to always have a single stack of a certain item produced via automated alchemy, you can slap one of those in front of the thaumatorium. a good example would be nitor, where you dont necessarily want an entire chest filled with 27 stacks (otherwise, it would be a lot of glowestone probably wasted).
someone for the love of god make these into an add on for thaumcraft.
Most of what D95 posts here ends up being in Thaumcraft. Thaumium fortress armor, void robes, eldritch guardians and now the crimson cultists. All of those were made by D95.

Due to my snarky and sarcastic personality I can easily be seen as a jerk. If I've offended you in any way it was likely unintended.

So far I am not getting the hang of what I guess is basic essentia handling.
I made an alchemical furnace and put three alembics on top of that. I also made a set of essentia tubes and some warded jars. It's getting the essentia in the warded jars which so far isn't going without hitting a snag.
Hooking up a warded jar to an alembic with an essentia pipe just doesn't seem to work well. I also can't seem to take essentia from a jar with a phial. Am I doing something wrong?
One thing I haven't seen mentioned yet; if you're just starting out with distillation, you don't really need pipes, you can just right-click an empty jar or jar containing the right type of essentia on the alembic to manually remove the essentia from it. This might be easier than trying to set up pipes and jars; the problem I've had in the past with pipes and jars is that if you don't label the alembics (which requires you to already have essentia to create the labels), the jar will drain the alembic and then there's a decent chance the alembic will re-fill with a different type of essentia, gumming up the system (unless you're only distilling a single type of essentia.)
Your eventual target for automated distillation is an alchemy golem, or possibly that wall-of-buffers that Azanor posted earlier (once the code for that is live, assuming he doesn't decide against it).
Despite this I'm still enjoying this mod, btw. Just one fish away from being able to make the Boots and looking really forward to my first infusion crafting
First time doing Infusion? Make sure your altar has a decent amount of stabilizers or very bad things can happen (such as one of the pedestal items being destroyed).
1. Labeling alembics. I can't get this to work. There's one side of the alembic which is different from the other three. which is where I think the label should go. But it won't stick. Also, while on the topic of alembics: where is their sprout? The Thaumanomicon says you can draw essentia from an alembic by putting a jar underneath their sprout but no luck there either.
Yes, that's where the label should go. You either need to have the alembic already have essentia in to tell the label what type it should be, or you need to craft a blank label with a filled phial of the essentia type you want to create the typed label. Spouts don't exist anymore. That's leftover text from a previous version that never got removed.
2. Suction. I have no idea how it works. I'll re-read the entries and see if it becomes clearer.
Anything that can receive essentia puts out suction (different amounts depending on what it is and if it's labeled, which I don't know off the top of my head). Suction can be typed (Machines that require a specific type, filled/labeled jars) or untyped (centrifuges, empty jars, etc.). Suction loses strength by 1 with each pipe section.
There are two things in this quote that stand out to me:

There should be some amount of essentia in the alembic you are trying to label, or the label must be preset, which you can do by putting it in a crafting grid with a phial of the type you want the label of. As for the spouts, I mentioned this waaay back but it got ignored, some thaumonomicon entries are outdated. That one in particular. The alembics used to have a spout way back in Thaumcraft 4.0, but they got removed in 4.1. Right now the way to remove essentia directly is to right click an alembic with an empty unlabeled jar, or a labeled jar of the same type of essentia. Azanor has yet to update the entry.

I have a question. Are these going to be used in the actual mod or are they simply a personal project you are working on?

Azanor uses his textures a lot. He doesn't necessarily use them all, but most make it in. This is the guy who made the guardian's texture, the cultist's textures, the mage robes, the fortress armor, as well as other stuff too.

Okay. Thank you both for clarifying.

hehe, i'm glad people like what i make. i simply love to make models.
Frankly, because my previous issue and my latest "discovery" turned out to be user stupidity. So I usually want to check here first.
ETA: I've now put the issue on github.

maybe i'm Azanors alter ego
Or that most of the models you make are so awesome that people would complain if they weren't added in the next update.

He does for fun, and azanor maybe use his models in the mod.

EDIT: Models, not textures

I do, but it's from a really long time ago...
Thanks, I'll try that.
OMG!! It worked!!! Thank you so much.
