Azanor, it might be usefull if the thaumostatic harness willst flying negates hungry node attraction towards the player. In survival they are a bit impossible to get, right now it requires six players on each side, replacing any glass it eats and then you can bottle it.
Hungry nodes can't eat obsidian. Make an obsidian box around it and put the slabs on the top. Equal trade the obsidian with glass and prepare to jar.
The best thing of course is to unlock the arcane furnace and get a phial of purified praecantatio essentia. Good for 4 lots of tallow each, with no other aspects!
How would that work? How do you use the liquid praecantatio with the crucible?

Personally i like it. Had my research done the first time with a friend. We both had to do the minigame while we were litterally 2 feets apart. If i had the ability to share researches this way, i would have used it.
Little request: Azanor, can you make that research copying is visible from the start as one of the first things researchable? It would be nice to be able to do only one research in solo.
Still not tried, no way to put Haste or other normal enchantments. Hope it's just a temporary thing and that's not intentional. Prehaps a Runic upgrade for mobility
It's a nice idea being able to team up and take down research with friends, But I'm also probably going to stick with the tome of knowledge sharing method. We have five thaumcraft addons, two more getting added in when technomancy and intergration are given the green light. The points get a wee bit scarce when addons get introduced into the mix, especially when aiming for kami level. We kinda have taken to spreading the vanilla research up and then each of us picking an addon to research and share our findings afterwords to complete the thauminomicon.
As for the normal enchantments that's intended, it's the balancing factor. It's armor that protects you're hitpoints essentially giving you a disconnected set oh hearts. However you can manipulate this factor aswell. I'm guessing the recent fix involving the regen for armor pieces, and making them stack was to make it a more noticeable and tempting trait. You can also mix and match these abilities to, Trading up enchants for additional traits to the ward surrounding you.
It's intended to be iron armor level armor for middle level gameplay.

A primal-primal would work easily, Primal-compound would be a bit less so, But possible, Compound-Compound would not be so easy but possible as well, But only with the first generation or so. Higher generation compounds give a more volatile process.

I seem to have found a bit of a bug on the latest version, unless i got this wrong, Volatus and Tempestas are made of the same elements and when i try to make volatus all it makes is tempestas, i cant actually complete my research at the moment due to this.
I am having the same issue, and I consider myself very lucky I already had most of my researches completed before that happened.

Does anyone know if it's possible, and if so how it's done, to transfer thaumonomicom data between saves? I tried copying playername.dat in TCplayerdata but that didn't have any effect. My old world is screwed because of ID changes I can't fix and I don't really fancy starting all that research again.
Are Thaumium Golems with an Alchemy Core broken in 4.1.0f? I've used the golemancer's bell to attach the golem to my alchemical furnace/stack of alembics then to my row of warded jars. Yet he doesn't move the aspects in the alembics to jars, nor does the jar even show up in his hands

Out of curiosity is there a way to command gather golems to only collect in a certain AREA rather than a 16+ block radius around them? If not this might be an interesting idea to add upgrade wise, as it's a little annoying having to build things so far apart to get the golems to gather the correct things if you have more then a few items for them to get.

On more than one occasion Iv wanted to reduce my golem's range to keep them from going places they are not meant to go. But as I type this it occurs to me I could have just made a ring of paving stones of warding. With an underground chest to transfer the items out.
But, the problem with stones of warding is that golems dont recognize they cant pass through them and just stand there running against it until whatever they are after despawns, which can cause them to not do whatever job they are intended to do for that time.
And guard golems really dont behave well around stones of warding.
hmm. Maybe make golems use the ore dic by default and change perdito to reduce range? Tho that would cause issues for when you use perdito to add the damage reflect to guard golems.

Most of the golems would be picking up at least 14 different items, usually more. Hence why I said that wouldn't really work here.

I've crafted Wand Focus: Primal and scanned it, I got the Staff Core of the Primal researched, but in the thaumonomicon showed the research as grey out and missing researched. I relogged and the research is no longer in the thaumonomicon. Can anyone helped me get the research back?
Note: The Wand Focus: Primal was scanned prior to 4.1.0e. I updated to 4.1.0e to see if this issue will be fixed and sadly no.
