Any of these mods known to cause issues? the menus and whatnot come up but I cant change shape at all..
Seems that Optifine doesnt work well with this mod, I should have known D:
I've never had an issue with Optifine and MPM.
Though I see liteloader, and I am not sure how well MPM plays with that.. Use forge myself..
I'd suggest a test of elimination.
Remove all mods from your folder, leave MPM and launch Minecraft. See if there's any issues at all. If it's working on it's own, (with liteloader, since I assume that's instead of forge) you know that it's working fine otherwise.
Slowly add 1 at a time mods back into your game and relaunch after each one.
Let us know which one you find causes things to stop working again. I cannot say I am personally familiar with any of those mods, or what most of them do.

Simply removing Optifine made this work. Adding it back it, it didnt work.

Do you get any errors when launching or closing Minecraft?
I suppose liteloader has some sort of error reporting system, yes?
And perhaps Optifine doesn't like liteloader, since it plays fine with MPM otherwise.

I thought using Optifine made MPM's aesthetic features not render, or has this been fixed?

If you require aid with Custom NPC's give me a shout (In the thread, not PM's). I can read a bit of error reports, know most of the NPC workings (I'm attempting to work on scripting) and have been using it since its 1.0 version. Otherwise I'll help with any questions or problems I can.

I have been using Optifine with MPM since I first discovered the mod, so unless this is a bug with the beta versions Noppes has released for 1.8, there shouldn't be any issues.
I will install the latest Beta to my own Minecraft with Optifine, as I usually run anyway and report my findings then.
I haven't been playing Minecraft since 1.8's release, so I cannot say that I know first hand with the Beta versions of MPM. It is time I familiarize myself I suppose.

There is one other feature of your mod that I am in love with, and have been wondering about. In the upper right corner of the screen it shows the item and durability. I was wondering if you have a pocket mod, or sliver, that just has that feature? (*Is still trying to work out a way to get player render conflict to go away so we can use Smart Moving and More Player Models*)
I know it sounds silly, but the information that little thing provides in the upper right area with item and durability, or spell (in case of a spell book in Ars Magica) helps so much, it really could be a valuable mod in and of itself. I hope this doesn't sound like I'm just blowing smoke up your *** because I honestly mean it. I've had more than one valuable enchanted tool be saved because of it.
Note that this was happening with the beta and crashed my client completely, wasnt doing anything much just in creative.
Bukkit plugin - latest
Spigot 1.8.1
Thanks, but I dont think it was my mod causing the crash. It looks like something else is going really wrong in your world:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot get property PropertyDirection{name=facing, clazz=class net.minecraft.util.EnumFacing, values=[down, up, north, south, west, east]} as it does not exist in BlockState{block=minecraft:air, properties=[]}. There is also something about an blockskull in that error.
Sure there is an error about mpm in there too but it's not an error that can cause your client to crash.

Honestly probably not going to make it a seperate mod. It's too much of a pain managing even more mods than I already am. The reason the feature is there because it was requested. Somebody was using another mod which did that but it stopped being updated and asked if I wanted to added to MPM. Since it was an easy feature I had no problems adding it.
If you can find somebody else to make it into a seperate mod, I wouldnt have any problems with sharing my code.

To be honest, the first crash I was running a forge version from a month or two ago, when I updated to recommedned the constant crashes seemed to have stopped (Had like 3 to 4 in a few mins) now I only see one every bit. (The 2nd one)
I'll keep pushing these logs if you want, I'm using this in a modpack for my RPG server and others are going to be using it too
More player Models 1.8 Beta is actually compatible with OptiFine 1.8.0 HD U A3
Running: 1.8-Forge11.14.0.1295-1.8
Loaded mod: MorePlayerModels_1.8.0_beta
Loaded mod: OptiFine_1.8.0_HD_U_A3
Clean installation otherwise. Works perfectly fine.
When I got a more updated version of Optifine to crash on me constantly, the thought occurred to me that an optifine released before the first release of MPM 1.8 Beta could work, and it did indeed.
Yes. though I cannot guarantee it's because of Optifine. I managed to run fine without crashing the first couple of hours. After that I crashed every time I logged onto the server. Haven't done further testing.
The crashing on my end was apparently related to Citizens 2. There were several NPC's in the map I kept crashing in, unfortunately they were within my viewing range every time I logged on, and the first crash occurred when they went into my viewing angle. This occurred to multiple people, and since I removed those NPC's, any and all crashing ceased for 20+ players.
Was just trying this mod and both F6 and F12 did not open the menu.
Pls help.
Check your keybindings for the key that should open MPM's menu

Update to the latest stable of Forge, that fixed most crashing for me.
@Noppes - let me know when you have something to test, ill update to latest on my modpack to resolve the crash.
