Sorry alittle late on this but if you didn't want to install Mystcraft all you had to do was change the gamerule. DoFireTick False, it would prevent fire on trees from spreading.The spreading of the fire oddly is what causes the crash not the rainbow trees actually being on fire. I've had this issue on one of my servers.

Hello everyone, I would like to know when the main mods (DragonAPI, RotaryCraft, ReactorCraft, ChromatiCraft and ElectriCraft) will be updated on the minecraft.curseforge.com website? Since last October was the last update and I see that they have progressed and added new functionalities and tools; I also want to know if the Spanish language corrections are already implemented in the ElectriCraft mod, if so, I hope they can update these mods soon as I want to keep them updated! Thank you

I think (might be wrong) it is specifically the fire's destruction of the rainbow leaves that triggers instability.

Just had my Chromaticraft Progress reset -.- After restoring it, I noticed all of the Pylons were disconnected as well, Nothing can draw power from my network. Elemental Manipulator also only gives me the "Haha, nope" sound, when I try to check the Repeaters.
Maybe this info helps with the search for the Progression reset bug ^^
On another note, the Casting Delegate always gets disconnected from my network, for example when I load SSP or come home from another dimension. Did anyone else encounter this behaviour as well ?
Interesting, restarting my game connected the Pylons again, but now all my Morphs are gone ( 5 or 6, I like to keep them tidy as they obviously can interfere with the Chroma Lexicon )
Hate to break it to you, but I'm not a big fan of "quest" style modpacks... which SetGameDifficulty Reika is. I'm looking for more a sandbox modpack.

Lol its fine to each his own. I just took that small opportunity to advertise which I do zero percent of the time. And you could ignore the quest (i do, i wrote them). Its based around Rotarycraft though. Even with all the other mods in. For example, RF can only come from RoC, the only quarry is the boring machine, when ever there's an option other than Rotarycraft its disabled :D. And my other pack Adventure Awaits have RoC,ChrC, Reactorcraft, and its a sandbox featuring many other mods like Mekanism, Traincraft, TechGuns, Stargate Craft, primarily focusing on unique yet unpopular mods for example Little Maid Mob etc.
Still there are so many others so I won't promote my own. On his site he has a list of approved modpacks, https://sites.google.com/site/reikasminecraft/approved-modpacks. Also if you love a challenge and unique recipe changes I would suggest Haggle's Revolution 3 modpack which is well put together. Finally, you could always make a simple one on the curse launcher its pretty easy to make a pack using it. Goodluck, hope you find what you're looking for.

I'm trying to understand how you talk to mystcraft. I'm looking at DeepInteract/ReikaMystcraftHelper. And this is probably going to show my limits of understanding of Java.
I see a private static final class, AgeInterface. That means it's only available as a helper class to your mystcraft helper class, and cannot be subclassed or changed, and being a static class, is addressed by name rather than by instance -- there's only one of it. Right?
... Yet I see a dimension ID field, so there will be one of these per mystcraft age. So, yea, already I know I'm past my understanding of the Java language.
But: knowing that it must be instanced (I see usage of "new AgeInterface()"), the next thing is that I see "private static final Field ..." declarations.
Well ... ok, are those set in the constructor for the class? Nope. dimensionID and provider are; the rest are not. And it looks like some of them are being used before being set, and ...
Aren't "Field" and "Method" defined in the java Class class, for looking at a class object / reflection? You have a Field that is being used to hold an object for a method call without any casts?

They might be talking about a turbocharged pylon, in which case breaking any of the focal points or power crystals have a high chance to destroy at least one (or more) power crystals. Having a magnet thing when breaking power crystals on their own should prevent them from getting burned by the fire from the lightning though.
Are you sure this is a bug? There may be the characteristics of the machine or the pipeline itself, some machines may limit the access surface of the pipeline

Hey guys, got a question about the Chromaticraft Lumen tree (seen here) :
I believe I have built it correctly ( it forms the multiblock battery+glass ), but it refuses to draw Lumens.
Does it need clear view to the sky as well ? (This one is underground).
Or does it need more space around it ? Anyone got an idea what prevents it from working ?
it needs a clear view of the sky. This has been changed in some version you can found this information in the changelog
