Hi Reika, is there a possibility of working with minemarten author of pneumaticraft to get some functionality between pneumaticrafts refinery and rotarycraft heater? The refinery requires a heat source and using heater to acquire specific heat temperature would be amazing. Are there any better examples of how to configure CondensedOres, other than reading the source and/or poking around? The example config still leaves me confused at, well, what it even does exactly really. Like is there a complete setup for it availible or?
EDIT: Okay, looking at it, it looks to kinda be a more customizable COG-like thing? You define prototypes foore types and if any of the listed ore blocks exists, it will spawn the veins as defined?

prefer MFR harvesters, cuz i already have quite large Buildcraft
template of autoforest which harvests trees with small amounts of
machines at large area - 16 harvesters with 16 planters dealing with
forest at nearly 128x128 area; and yes - firsty i wish to make a farm
with lapis and glowstone trees, thats why i wish to know how to automate
it.
MFR cannot farm them, something that is unlikely to ever change.
Interesting suggestion there. What i would like to see is a very detailed modelled chromatic dragon that i can tame and ride which can lay waste anything that my heart desires it would be a nice perk if that dragon gains power step by step after completing some mundane tasks of course otherwise it would be too easy.
I kinda like the 'death ray' idea WinceWind mentioned- but what if different colours induced different effects? Such as Black kills, light blue freezes, purple knocks out flight (flying entities fall to the ground, floating entities (ghasts) float down), and yellow prevents world interaction (can't place/break blocks, open chests ect)
Also as above- but as a passive area effect, similar to a beacon. Blocks placed under it could control/fine tune the range and target type.
--this could have a few other effects, all blocks broken in range could be effected by silktouch/fortune/smelting.
A placeable crystal ball (5-50m diameter?), in which only the player who placed it may enter. This is a permanent structure that requires no power/upkeep. Players teleporting into it land on top.
You could create the illusion of being able to 'move' pylons by destroying one and forming another (of the same colour) in a new location.

I recommend against changing the gear recipe. For one, because of their extremely high use in recipes, even a small change can have very large effects on total resource cost and/or crafting/grinding difficulty. This is doubly true if you change all gears in tandem, which would be nearly essential as differing recipe shapes between materials will only serve to confuse players. On top of that, any change in total cost for steel gears will break the scrap/Smeltery recycling, and cause either an exploit or a loss.
I would change the lattice instead, maybe to make it an "X of 5" instead of a "+ of 5" style recipe.
But yes, you have permission.

You can try rotarycraft woodcutters. If you are talking abour chromaticraft's trees woodcutters can handle them.

Reika, have you considered having the Chromaticraft hidden ores drop cobblestone if mined by someone who can't see them?

So, am I correct in the conclusion that the spawner reprogrammer is *not* functional as of yet?
No idea what gave you that idea. Spawner reprogramer has been working since at least v9. (probably earlier that is just the first time I used it.)
Just needs lumen relays not repeaters.

Have you tried breaking and replacing the casting altar? Sometimes it needs to be replaced to re-register the structure.
relogging fixed the problem. but the repeaters don't seem to drain directly from the pylon. not sure how to get it to work
