Sorry for the lack of response on these forums lately, it's hard to manage everything in one thread. I've been busy moving home recently so I haven't had much time to work on Lycanites Mobs, however that will change soon.
My priorities are:
Fix various issues in 1.9-1.10
Optimize AI
Finish update to 1.11 (the mod currently builds but accessing any mob inventory crashes due to changes)
I'm using the 1.7.10 version of Lycanites (1.13.0.5) and I'm having the issue of Lycanite mobs NOT spawning anywhere. I can summon them just fine, but they won't spawn naturally.
I'm currently running CustomMobSpawner 3.3.0 as well. Could the two programs be conflicting somehow? I've adjusted the config files for the Lycanites (general and biome-specific), but no matter how much I over-weigh them, all I'm getting is zombies and chickens.

Well... try removing CustomMobSpawner and see if it works?
I'm having some issues, for some reason events never occur for me, and the lycanites mobs spawn in very low amount for me, is there any way i can enable or increase the frequency of mobs and events?
So im playing on the 1.15.1.5 version for the MC version of 1.10.2. And I last played this mod on 1.7.10 along with my other mods. And I have done some testing to find that this mod has become quite weighty. Heavy. Idk why. The pack only has a 5,598 KB increase in size.
But to cut to the chase. I have had to allocate additional RAM for MC (Only one extra G) simply because if I don't the game never loads up. It will be at the white screen pre-game menu "cooking" the mods up but never load.
Now in the older 1.7.10 version my mods are more numerous and have around 100,000kb more weight.
So after taking this mod and others out one at a time and testing loading and fps after allocation increase and decrease.
I want to know why this version of the mod is so heavy. Why is it so weighty? Why it...just slows or stops things now more than it did.
Note this is not an attack on the mod, but a genuine question as to what changed.

CustomMobSpawner prevents any mob other than vanilla and Mo'Creatures mobs from spawning (probably because DrZhark does not want his mod to be used in modpacks). However Mo'Creatures still works mostly fine without CMS.
so i'm having a real serious lag issue with this mod in my main world, if i take the mod out of my mod folder the game runs fine but if i add it it runs so slow i get a delay from breaking blocks....this only happens in my main world, not if i load my superflat custom. how do i fix this?
I already tried turning off mipmap or lowering graphics from fancy to fast that seems to have actually made it worse
so one thing that really annoys me this mod is the weapons are unreadable with all the illogical stats on them.....why do staffs tell me "1.2 on legs" I cant put it on my legs....
the top few lines of text are unreadable because of this
This is 1.7.10. Later MC versions are not quite ready for her pack/vision yet
Not a big priority, we just disable the Kobold's thieving ability for the moment. If you've all but moved on from 1.7.10 then we'll understand.

Well... try removing CustomMobSpawner and see if it works?
I'm having some issues, for some reason events never occur for me, and the lycanites mobs spawn in very low amount for me, is there any way i can enable or increase the frequency of mobs and events?
So im playing on the 1.15.1.5 version for the MC version of 1.10.2. And I last played this mod on 1.7.10 along with my other mods. And I have done some testing to find that this mod has become quite weighty. Heavy. Idk why. The pack only has a 5,598 KB increase in size.
But to cut to the chase. I have had to allocate additional RAM for MC (Only one extra G) simply because if I don't the game never loads up. It will be at the white screen pre-game menu "cooking" the mods up but never load.
Now in the older 1.7.10 version my mods are more numerous and have around 100,000kb more weight.
So after taking this mod and others out one at a time and testing loading and fps after allocation increase and decrease.
I want to know why this version of the mod is so heavy. Why is it so weighty? Why it...just slows or stops things now more than it did.
Note this is not an attack on the mod, but a genuine question as to what changed.

how to i active events?
Pretty sure they either activate themselves after certain condition's or a specific amount of days in game are met.
But if not check the configs.
It wil probobly be listed in the config with 'General' in its name.
CustomMobSpawner prevents any mob other than vanilla and Mo'Creatures mobs from spawning (probably because DrZhark does not want his mod to be used in modpacks). However Mo'Creatures still works mostly fine without CMS.
I figured it out
so i notice the roc birds only pick up creepers and that this for some reason causes creepers to rain down from the sky and explode,
1. why does this happen? creepers dont normally explode when they fall
2. can you prevent this please? i know i can go into the config file and turn off roc birds but id rather not
so i'm having a real serious lag issue with this mod in my main world, if i take the mod out of my mod folder the game runs fine but if i add it it runs so slow i get a delay from breaking blocks....this only happens in my main world, not if i load my superflat custom. how do i fix this?
I already tried turning off mipmap or lowering graphics from fancy to fast that seems to have actually made it worse

Also got another crash latter in the same day. Sea storm event, with Raiko disabled, caused a crash instead of failing gracefully.
Not sure if it's related to the earlier crash, but hopefully useful.
i wish i could take vespid pheromones and become their queen, thn sick them on my enemies.
so one thing that really annoys me this mod is the weapons are unreadable with all the illogical stats on them.....why do staffs tell me "1.2 on legs" I cant put it on my legs....
the top few lines of text are unreadable because of this
So are there any other servers with this mod?
