I found this mod barely a month ago and loved it, and I love it even more now because of the Epions! They're my new favorite!
Although I do have an idea for the mod; I do really like the Uvaraptor's superb jumping abilities, but I have a hard time finding them(particularly because jungles seem to be a rarity for me unless I end up spawning right in the middle of them). Plus, I like making maps, and in combination with another mod I enjoy I have found that I could literally fly around as an Epion or race across my maps as a Ventoraptor! But I can only fly around if I'm in Creative mode, which restricts my maps a bit in that I can't test out a flying creature, meaning once I finish the map and decide to release it people can't fly around in it either unless they cheat it in. So I had an idea for a new item that has a durability cost like a tool that allows you to leap and glide through the air like a Uvaraptor! I was thinking a feather of some sort? Though it would be the most useful for making maps like the one I'm working on, it would be fun to use in-game too. Though I don't know how easy it would be to put something like that in there, but if it's possible, that would be awesome!

When posting, I was using 1225. Swapping to 1230 gives the same crash.
Edited in: Reverting to 1.10.3.6 appears to fix the issue, so I'm relatively certain that it's something with the new lunar spawning event, according to the crash log.
Yo Lycanite, I love what you have done with the mod for the pst several months. The new mobs are AMAZING. But I have one question... Where are ze puppies??????
But, uh, the staffs... Just on quick run they have replaced most of the loot in the chests I have seen. Is there a way to tone that down? Or did I just get lucky?
Yeah, every dungeon chest has about 3-4 of them in, out of the 5-7 or so possible items in those chests.
As a mod-compatibility note, not only do Kobolds steal torches, but they also rip down Ars Magica magic lights too. That was an interesting surprise
Also Lycanite, your custom mob spawners go crazy when every other spawn is disabled (Extra Utilities Magnum Torch) I tried to make a safe spot in the Nether using one, and was just getting massively mobbed by cinders until I took it down. Every fire was producing a cinder every time it tried to spawn some. I bring this up because its also a good way to try to figure out why mobs are spawning in areas too small for them. I got several lobbers spawning in the hidden single lava blocks while that torch was up.
By the way... My solution to pesky Belph fires in the Nether:
Then you'd do the same thing for demonmobs, infernomobs, shadowmobs ...um I think that's all.
Sorry Lycanite, but I turn them off too. Yeah, I'm a Kobold. *squeak*
Lol that's fine, I want to offer a challenging experience to this mod but at the same time I'd like my mod to be suitable for more casual players/players who don't care much for fighting that just want more exotic creatures in the world, which is why those config options are there!
-- Ok it looks like all the quotes have gone funky here --
Loving the new updates. Dealing with those rotten spiders trashing my armor. But, uh, the staffs... Just on quick run they have replaced most of the loot in the chests I have seen. Is there a way to tone that down? Or did I just get lucky? Putting a world tag there as "Scepter City." It's a city generated by Stuuuupid's Dungeon Pack. The smithy chests are just packed with scepters.
Yeah there was a recent bug that made the scepters really likely to show in chests, this has been fixed in newer versions now but already generated chests will not be affected by the fixed and will be stuffed full of scepters still.
Would it be possible to have a few mobs based off the game Dante's Inferno? Wayne Barlowe helped work on it too, so it'd also grant my wet dream of having Wayne Barlowe's monsters in my game.
I'll take a look at some of their mob designs, I don't really focus on recreating mobs perfectly from other games, while the Doom mobs are very close to what they're based off they aren't intended to be 100% Doom mobs, same for the Joust and Lurker being from Oddworld. I do like looking at the designs of mobs from other games though.
NEI isent saying how to get treats
can i get the ID for the treats cause i cant find them
It looks like you might be using this mod on 1.6.4 in which case the treats weren't added back then, instead you can tame mobs using the cooked meats native to ther biome such as Cooked Maka Meat for Ventoraptors.[/quote]

I have some very cool plans for some very cool armor that will grant you flight and much more! The flight armor will also have a config option to make it only other gliding instead for servers that want more balance.

Hmm it looks like it's something to do with a world not being able to check its moon cycle or checking if it's daytime, strange, must be a server-side only thing, I'll fix it today!

I have a suggestion for halloween, how about shadow games, all night!
Wait until October 31/November 1st, play the mod then and you'll be surprised!

Hey Lycanite, love the mod, but have one problem. When it was said on your website that you added a config to disable the Epion from blowing things up I was relieved, b ecause I had rebuilt my house six times due to them swarming and blowing it to hell. The problem is that I can't figure out how to disable it due to the fact that it doesn't appear in the features section of the config. This also applies to all the other mobs that are capable of griefing. Other than that I love your work and hope you keep it up.
Umm... no... Lycanite's gonna add his own custom mobs...
Nah, he shouldn't waste time working on a mob that will see Forge in 2 months.
I like the new Five Nights At Freddy's, but I don't like it how Bonnie just looks unnecessarily feminine.
The old Bonnie looks terrifying :,(
Yeah!
IMO, they look a bit like enderbats with 8-bit eyes, but they still look amazing!
Yay!!!
