So I've tried a couple of different AMD drivers, mostly old versions, and had no luck yet, I did notice though that your Enhanced Default shader does not have the problem but Vibrant does. Any idea why that would be?
As already stated vibrant shaders work a bit different then enhanced default. Yet again, v1.15 will work a bit different too, since it's a complete rewrite of the pack, so it might work better on amd cards then v1.141.
Anyway, I decided to try to get these shaders working again, and I've found that I can get your very oldest release working. It's nowhere near as stunning as your current releases, obviously, but it looks great. I just wanted to say thanks for your help and making a great shaderpack.
the shaderpacks do work, but the mod doesnt work. its a whole other version, with a whole bunch of different code.
There's actually a few mods that allow shaders to work in 1.9, including a standalone shaders mod here, as well as built in shaders support in Optifine, both of which have been updated to 1.9.x.
All of this information is in the original post too, so I have no idea where you got your information (or lack thereof)

Hello Obsidian Miner/Sildur, i appreciate your shaderpack but can you build a MotionBlur for Lite or Medium, i can't use the HighMotionBlur because my processor is Intel & my RAM has 4Gb
but anyways im just asking if you could make one or not, if not that's fine but if you can pls Make it happen PLZ

I'm TheCoolSteveMan, you can call me CSM for short!
Lite and Medium are designed for lower end PCs to be able to run them. Motion Blur in itself requires a somewhat beefier computer, and the only reason that there's a difference between High and High-MotionBlur is because some people want the high quality version, but don't care for motion blur itself.
Tl;dr: Motion Blur would kill any computer that can't run high

It's already in medium, you can enable it ingame if using newer optifine versions that allow ingame options. Or you can enable it in final.fsh (see the Important informations spoiler in the main post)

Actually motionblur is quite lightweight compared to other effects. It's in medium, but disabled by default since most ppl dislike it.
No ETA yet. Still working on it, but slowed down a bit due to real life stuff that I have to sort out first.
As he said in the comment right before yours, he doesn't know yet. Please read at least some comments before you ask for updates, as your question may already have been answered

Btw, the latest nvidia driver is causing the sky to look kinda weird and washed out. I'm not sure what's causing this, it doesn't happen in my current v1.15 build. Will look into it.
Wowzas. I caught this while just building directly behind where this screenshot was taken. Really awesome. I was using the extreme vibrant shaders at 12500 at night.

Now imagine this without the sky being so bright, damnit nvidia drivers. Didn't find out what's causing this on v1.141, also I rather focus on getting v1.15 done as it doesn't happen there.
This shader pack the further underground I get the more orange in color it gets. Is there a setting for this? I like building underground bases and it tends to be reeeeeallly dark and orange underground while mining or building regardless how much light I have.

What mod is that? Maybe it's causing issues. Try it without the mod first.
