Minecraft doesn't crash. The display drivers stop responding and Minecraft turns into a white screen. Still no light on the issues because nobody wants to bother.
I have driver crashes randomly. I can't find any situation that causes this besides my GPU stressing out or whatever, but I've had more intensive moments.

yes but minecraft creates a crash report and specifies what made your game crash...
Is there a way to make nights darker? The days are just the right amount of light and I love how absolutely dark the caves and stuff are, but the ONLY thing I don't like about this shader is how bright the nights are. Most of the shaders I've seen make the nights DARKER than vanilla (which I like a lot because vanilla is way too bright).

How would i edit the shader files on a mac? And how do i "Repack" the shader to a .zip?
I have a mac too, if the shaderpack is a folder just right click(If you didnt buy a mouse right click is either option click or control click) And to edit a zipped pack double click it and open .fsh files with TextEdit, Open .vsh files by Right Click>Open With and scroll down near bottom and find text edit
Hey, can someone help me with a bug? The problem is that when I put the Sildur Vibrant Shaders on it makes my graphics card restart and minecraft crashes. I have a AMD Quad-Core A8-3820 APU with Radeon HD 6550D graphics. I've had other problems too with other shaders like Sonic Ethers.. Any help please?

Try to update you drivers. Also, I think your graphics are too low end. A 7560D doesn't have good performance (A8-5500)
Reminded me of some things I forgot since the 1.6 shaders.
Ah, but that beginners guide has a few errors.
For example, he says to update to the latest Nvidia drivers, which sounds good usually, but Nvidia drivers 327 and up cause FPS issues and visual issues on the SEUS shaders.

hey slidur's,I have a problem with ur shaders mod.The shaders r working normally with no lag but when i turn around i keep getting this ugly error: Specs: AMD radeon 8850m intel core i7 4500u 8g memory windows 8
Hmm, still having that issue:
Screens and videos of other user dont show that stripes in the water.
Tried different TPs and even in vanilla it occurs. With OF or without, with latest drivers or older drivers.
Using a gtx560Ti paired with a 4670k and 8GB, but I dont think my specs are the fault.

Error message Device driver has stopped working and successfully recovered
Minecraft froze, need to Ctrl+Shift+Esc then kill it
I love your shader <3
but If you increase the OS of mac, light will appear each time the sun and the moon comes to the edge of the screen.
At the same I want you to fix the slope of the sky.

I believe this will be fixed shortly because the water uses a feature the 1.7 shadermod doesn't support.

Should be fixed in Pre9...
You can disable waving stuff in gbuffers_terrain.vsh read the main post for more info.
This white screen thingy is fixed in Pre9
----------
There are 2 new effects activated in Pre9 max, if you don't like them you can disable them in gbuffers_water.vsh
