This shader pack the further underground I get the more orange in color it gets. Is there a setting for this? I like building underground bases and it tends to be reeeeeallly dark and orange underground while mining or building regardless how much light I have.
Maybe it's because of the torch light color. In this shader, it gives a bit orange light instead of white.

Not sure what you mean. Is the fog getting more orange, if you are you using v1.141?

What are those values ? Its not an RGB value so.. how do we know what color will be ingame if we change them ? x) I don't want white lights, just less orange^^

line 335:
if(land > 0.9 && cosT > 0.)color.rgb = drawCloud(tfpos.xyz,color.rgb);
add two slashes infront of that to comment it out.
I documented the code there, this is used to draw clouds, commenting it disables that.

Hey just a question, when using the vibrant shaders, the enchanted effect on the weapons are static and the enchanted armor effect is really, really bright. Does everyone else have the same problem?

There were always issues with enchanted stuff. Optifine recently enabled a new gbuffer that allows us to target enchanted armor specifically, so I might be able to work something out for v1.15
